There are three areas on campus to check in your kids! Room 11 is the one most are familiar with but did you know there is a station at the Sanctuary entry AND in Room 1 of the Preschool building? This is to give you quick options throughout campus. If you dont have your key fob, there is one computer in Room 11 that allows you to type in your name for check in. All the others need the key fob. If you would like a key fob, please come see us in Room 11 and we will be happy to get you started!

CrossFit Chaparral launches Masters Program

CrossFit Masters utilizes the term Masters in its strict, athletic sense. According to popular sports culture, a Masters athlete is a more advanced (in age, if you catch my drift) athlete. At CrossFit Chaparral, we are now offering three classes per week designed specically for folks over the age of 50. While we already have a thriving population of athletes over the age of 50 at CrossFit Chaparral, this class provides them and new athletes alike a class specically designed with them in mind. This begins in August and will be held on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
