Leadership Training Seminar LEAD: The Leader in Me

GENERAL INFORMATION

Background: Leaders play an important role in an organization. Thus, we believed that an organization that has a good leader is an organized and excellent organization. Leaders must grow and train themselves how to improve themselves in leading a team. Joining leadership trainings and seminars are some ways on how a leader will develop himself on his leadership career. Inspired by the leadership experiences, one group create a program that will help to the development of young organization leaders. The program entitled LEAD: The Leadership in Me is a free half day Leadership Training Seminar that will help young leaders bring out leadership character within themselves. Participants will undergo sharing, reflection, and pleasuring activities to achieve the programs objectives. The program will have a secondary school to school training to transform different leaders in the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Objectives: 1. To help young leaders understand the real definition of leadership. 2. To help young leaders bring out their hidden leadership characteristics. 3. To transform young leaders with his knowledge on his own strengths and weaknesses. Date and Venue: The program will run from August 10 to September 27, 2013 and will be held on different secondary schools around the City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. Organizer: The program is organized by different organization leaders that has common goal of helping other leaders to develop. It is headed by Michael Zamora, the founder of LEAD: The Leader in Me program. Participants: Participants are only maximum of twenty (20) organization leaders including Supreme Student Government (SSG), Club and organization President. Theme: The program theme is LEAD: The Leader in Me Arrangements: Organizers will provide free materials and training to the students. Lunch will not be provided by the organizers. Venue is provided by the school. LCD Projector is not necessary.
