Handling construction equipment is very expensive. And loading and unloading, moving and temporary storage on site or in the yard can expose the workforce to various dangers. Using the latest containers and pallets rather than making do as usual cuts costs while enhancing safety.

PERI 80x120 wire crate with paint or galvanised finish for shifting components that are difficult to stack (capacity about 0.75m2). Eg 150 TRIO BFD alignment couplers.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS! All 4 chains of the lifting gear must be used when moving the pallets with the crane. The quantities being lifted in the photographs are only examples. The pallets and crates may obviously be stacked or filled with amounts of other equipment not exceeding the individual safe working loads.

Lifting five TRIO panels with the TRIO stacking device.

PERIs pallets and stacking devices for particular systems make it easy to shift certain formwork components.

TRIO

DOMINO

The DOMINO stacking device makes it easier to stack up to eight panels of a given size and lift them with the crane. The stacks can also be moved with a fork-lift truck.

PERI pallets are fitted with practical eyes for lifting on site with the crane. These lifting eyes are designed to allow the individual panels to be stacked and prevent them slipping sideways.
