OBJECTIVE OF THE INTERNSHIP: Designation provided to me Production & manager in Crusher. My primary objective was to have a clear and detailed knowledge of the entire Crushing process of the firm. The task assigned by the firm for me is to calculate and achieve targeted production accordingly. Then to understand what production method they follow. Production analysis. Understand and study about the labor situation.
Process of production involved: Raw material: Final stage of quarry is primary stage of crushing. The raw materials were taken from quarry. The size of raw material 500-600mm. boulder is unloaded in tipper to bunker.
Jaw crusher: Next stage of crushing jaw crusher. It is primary stage. Materials are crushing from to conveyer output material 150200mm. Then the roble (100mm rock) is sent to the secondary machine
small Vibrator: After crushing stage material are vibrating .that material dividing two product. 40mm Dust
Production process
Cone crusher: After jaw crusher stage material were taken from jaw crusher Material mixing in cone .then conveyer belt via into big vibrator. Those robles which are sent from the jaw crusher is crushed and sent to a vibratory (a separator) it is this place where the important process takes place that is the separation of different products takes place on the basis of their sizes. Like 40mm, 12mm, 6mm, and dust. These aggregates are then to the final stage to another machine
VERTICAL SHAFT IMPACT (VSI): This is the final stage where in only a slight modification is done the end products from the cone crusher is sent into the VSI. It just fines those aggregates and brings the end products into fine shapes. This is nothing but a stage for quality improvement.
