Rt. Th (0) Right thumb represents Zero Element Tam. If a patient is born with some disorders, diseases or congenital illness than treat on zero element. If a pain is experienced on twisting of right thumb or right big toe it indicates towards diseases like piles, prostrate, anal fissures, itching or rashes in groin area etc. For all acute cases use methi strip on the Right Thumb and for any chronic cases use methi strip on the Right Big Toe. Rt. SF or Rt. SToe (1) Right Small Finger and Right Small Toe represent the First Element Aakash. Aakash relates to the sky or space in universe. And as such its main organs are Lungs and Large Intestine. During twisting or pressing if there is any pain in the Right Small Finger then it can be due to cold, cough, breathlessness or constipation. The upper-joint of Right Small Finger connect to the Large Intestine and can be used to treat problems like sinus, tonsils, sneezing, high fever, cold, skin dryness, food allergies, hair problems, teeth disorder, piles, constipation etc. The mid-joint of Right Small Finger is used for treatment of skin disorders like itching, eczema, rashes, ear related problems (specifically right ear) and problems like loss of hearing etc. The base-joint of Right Small Finger can be used for treatment of all lungs related diseases like asthama, skin, hair, vocal cord related disorders, cough, nose infection and night sweating etc. Lt. SF or Lt. SToe (2) Left Small Finger and Left Small Toe represent the Second Element - Vayu Vayu signifies continued movement. Hence this element relates to Heart and Small Intestine. Left Small finger and Left Small Toe will pain on pressing or twisting if a person is suffering from diseases related to heart and small intestine like Bp, mental depression, weak memory, insomnia, facial paralysis etc. The upper-joint of Left Small Finger is for Small Intestine related diseases like neck, throat, thyroid, facial paralysis, swelling in small intestine or teeth related problems. Problems of blood deficiency, shoulder pain, or pain in the navel region can also be treated from this joint. The mid-joint of Left Small finger related to problems of hearing and ear (specifically left ear) etc. The base-joint of Left Small finger can be used to treat the heart related diseases like high BP, angina, restlessness, weak memory, insomnia, blockage in arteries, loss of voice etc.

Lt. IF or Lt. IToe (3) Left Index Finger or Left Index Toe relate to the third Element Agni. Agni is heat and connects to Liver and Gall bladder. The left Index Finger or Lt. I Toe will pain if there is any problem in the body related to Liver or Gall Bladder. Liver related diseases like high BP, migraine, blood disorder, anaemia, vertigo, breast problems, itching or watery eyes, headache flatulence, eye problems, muscular pain, runny nose, loose motion, vomiting or headache etc can be treated from this finger. Apply methi strip on the base joint. For eye related problems apply methi strip on the mid joint. Gall bladder stone, sleep disorder, easily tiredness all can be treated through gall bladder by applying methi strip on the upper joint. Rt. IF or Rt. I Toe (4) Right Index Finger or Right Index Toe relate to the fourth Element Jal. The corresponding organs are Kidney and Urinary Bladder. By applying methi strip at the base joint treatment can be given for all Kidney related disorders like hearing problem, tinnitus, impotency, frigidity, lack of confidence, low back pain, kidney stone, tremor in arms and legs, snoring, weak ankles, knee and joint pain, sciatica, arthritis, HBP, and reproductive organs related issues. For treatment or sensory organs like tongue and eyes apply the strip at the mid-joint. Urinary bladder complication can be treated from the upper-joint of Right Index Finger. These can be black spots on the body, runny nose, cramps in the legs, fever, cold, backache, pelvic disorder, prostate, or even spinal disorder problems.

Rt. RF or Rt. R Toe (5) Right Ring Finger or Right Ring Toe relate to the fifth Element Prithvi. This finger relates to Spleen, the digestive organ Stomach and sensory organ Nose. All stomach related disorders like gastritis, gastric ulcers, indigestion, belching, constipation, pain in the outer legs, swelling in the upper lips, degeneration of teeth, pancreatic problems or swelling in gums can be cured by treatment at the upper-joint of the Rt. Ring Finger. Mid-joint is for treatment of all nasal problems like nasal septum deviation, sinusitis, runny nose and polyps etc. At the base joint apply methi strip for treatment of Spleen related problems like boils, injuries, tiredness, blood toxicity, skin diseases, pus formation, GIT infection, lymphatic system related problems etc.

Lt. RF or Lt. R Toe (6) Left Ring Finger or Left ring Toe relate to the sixth Element Kaal (Time). The left ring finger represents the sixth element Kaal and thus relates to nervous system, spine, back pain and diseases due to seasonal change. The upper joint can be used for treatment of upper back spinal area, cervical problem and all diseases related to summer season like burning sensation or redness in eyes, sudden HBP, heat stroke, vertigo, haemorrhage, sudden fainting and symptoms related to sudden rise in environmental temperature etc. The mid-joint is good for treatment related to heart and liver and disease occurring in rainy season like - gastric, constipation, loose motion, vomiting, nervous disorder, fever, body ache, headache, etc. The base joint is used for treatment of lower back pain, bed-wetting, anus swelling, menstrual problems, sciatica and all such diseases that occur due to winter seasonal changes, like cough, cold, joint pain, HBP, fever, body ache, headache, sudden fall in temperature, exposure to cold etc. Lt. MF or Lt. M Toe (7) Left Middle Finger or Left middle Toe relate to the seventh Element Disha (direction). The Medulla and brain stem are considered to be the central part of brain and spinal cord. The diseases related to nodes, swelling, injury or infection need treatment at the upper joint of left middle finger. The mid-joint is for treatment of sensory organs like eyes, nose, ears, mouth, skin etc and their acute disorders like ulcers on mouth, tongue, lips, bleeding gums etc. The lower or base-joint can be used to treat the imbalance of body management, blockages of brain and problems related to legs. Rt. MF or Rt. M Toe (8) Right Middle Finger or Right Middle Toe relate to the eighth Maan (mind). This finger relates to the rise or decline of emotions, in the limbic system of brain. Emotions like love, happiness, hatred, jealousy, joy, curiosity etc are dealt with from this finger. The upper joint deals with balancing of emotions. The mid-joint treats reproductive organ issues including nodes in uterus, urinary bladder wall thickening, prostrate enlargement etc. The base joint can be used to treat problems like weakness of arms, trembling or paralytic effect on arms.

Lt. Th or Lt. Biag Toe (9) Left Thumb or Left Big Toe relate to the ninth Element Atma (soul). The upper joint of left thumb can be twisted and pressed to treat pile and anus problems.
