Naphtalis Zodiac Sign

Capricornus (The Sea Goat) First Sign in the Second Book, The Redeemed. The Goat of Atonement Slain for the Redeemed.

Capricornus (The Sea Goat)

Hebrew Name The Hebrew name is Gedi, the kid or cut off, the same as the Arabic Al Gedi. Capricornus is merely the modern (Latin) name of the sign and means goat.

Capricornus51 Stars (three of the third magnitude, three of the fourth magnitude)
The brightest star, located in the horn, Arabic Al Gedi, the kid or goat Located in the tail, Arabic Deneb Al Gedi, the sacrifice cometh Syriac Dabih, Arabic Al Dabik, and Arabic Al Dehabeh, all meaning the sacrifice slain Maasad, the slaying Saad al Naschira, the record of the cutting off

Place in the Heavenly Story The second book depicts the sufferings of the Redeemer and the blessings they procured for His redeemed people. The second book opens with the goat (Capricornus) and closes with the Ram (Aries), two animals of sacrifice. The two middle signs (Aquarius and Pisces) are both connected with fishes.

Both are combined in the sign of Capricornus. Capricornus is depicted as a goat with a fishs tail, showing the atoning sacrifice and the people for whom the atonement is made. The goat is bowing its head as though falling down in death. The right leg is folded underneath the body, and he seems unable to rise with the left. The tail of the fish seems to be full of vigor and life.

Sagitta (The Arrow) The Arrow of God Sent Forth

Sagittas arrow is not for the enemies of God, but for the Son of God. This is spoken of in Psalm 38:2: For Thine arrows stick fast in me, And Thy hand presseth me sore. Christ was pierced and wounded for our transgressions. The arrow is pictured in midheaven, alone, as having been shot forth by an invisible hand. It is seen in its flight through the heavens. It is the arrow of God, showing that Redemption is all of God. The work which the arrow accomplishes is seen in the dying goat and in the falling eagle.

Aquila (The Eagle) The Smitten One Falling

In Aquila is an additional picture of the effect of the arrow in the pierced, wounded, and falling eagle, gasping in its dying struggle. And that pierced, wounded, and dying Savior whom it represents. Psalm 38:10: My heart panteth, my strength faileth me: As for the light of mine eyes it is gone from me. Zechariah 13:6: And one shall say unto Him, What are these wounds in Thine hands? Then He shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of My friends. 3

Aquila74 Stars
brightest star, located in the eagles neck, of the first magnitude, Arabic Al Tair, the wounding located in the throat, Arabic Al Shain, the bright, from a Hebrew root meaning scarletcolored, as in Joshua 2:18. located in the back, Tarared, wounded, or torn located in the lower wing, Alcair, the piercing located in the tail, Al Okal, wounded in the heel

Delphinus (The Dolphin) The Dead One Rising Again

Delphinus is always pictured as a fish full of life, and with the head upwards, just as the eagle is always with the head downwards. The great peculiar characteristic of the dolphin is its rising up, leaping, and springing out of the sea. Here, in connection with Christs people, with the multitudes of His redeemed, resurrection is the great and important truth. Christ went down into the waters of death for His people. Delphinus18 Stars (five of the third magnitude)
Delphinus four brightest stars are located in the head
