Thursday evening prayer meeting

This Thursday evening, there is a prayer meeting here at St Pauls, from 8-9 pm, where we can join together to pray for our community and mission here. The MiX returns on September 6th from 7 pm at the Phoenix Centre for all our young people and their friends from year 7 Dont forget that parents are warmly invited to go along to MiX Connect for a cuppa and a chat while the MiX is running

This autumn we are looking to run another Marriage Course: The Marriage Course is a series of seven sessions designed to help any couple strengthen their relationship. Its a chance to relax together over a meal, to listen to a talk and then to discuss the subject raised with each other. Its a personal, private and valuable time together. Please talk to Donna for more details and to register your interest while we look into venue availability.

Next week, Wendy starts our series of talks about David, as recorded in the books of Samuel. We will be looking at some of the major events in Davids life, how his relationships with God and people changed and developed. We will be discussing what this has to say to us today: how it affects our lives and how we are called to respond.

Our teams preparing for next weeks restart of childrens and youth activities here. For the young people themselves, that they may continue to grow in their knowledge and love for God All the young people thinking of going to MiXXtra at Dalesdown in two weeks time and for Becca and her team of helpers busy with preparations. All our young people who are starting new schools and colleges this week.

Angelas adventure
Angela Baker visited Romania in August, as part of a team helping with a childrens bible camp. Youre warmly invited to an evening of photos/videos and testimonies from the team at St Pats Church, 6.20pm Sunday 15th Sept.
