I am writing this reference at the request of Partha Sarathi Biswas who is applying for MBA Program at Universit Cattolica, Milan Campus - ALTIS. I have known Partha for five years because he was a student of my Taxation class from me and earned superior grades among all the section. Based on his grades, attendance and class participation, he got the chance to be valedictorian, and got gold medal in BBA. Partha has a number of strengths to be a very bright student. He is studious, focused to his work, and very innovative in performance. Even when he is working in a group, he is very supportive. What I admire most is his consistent performance and his tenacity toward the completion of the work effectively. Partha has a wonderful rapport with people of his friends and teachers. His ability to connect with her friends and his talent at catching concepts quickly, are both truly superior. He has excellent written and verbal communication skills, and he is extremely organized, reliable and computer literate. The most important thing is that he can work independently and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done. He accomplishes these tasks with great initiative and with a very positive attitude.

In this case, he is very committed to his work. He never gives up unless the job is done. He does not talk unnecessary. But he keeps communication with all sectors and levels of people. He works well both in group and individually. He can direct his group in the right path. The most important thing is that he can clearly convey the instruction to the members of the group. He is very positive in the new situation and he is flexible enough to accept the change. I must say he is very creative. He tries to think out of the box. He can think very deep. He tries to work his brain at various possible ways to reach to the solution. He has got talent and rare intelligence to grow.
