1. Tell me about yourself? Ans: Good morning sir/madam.

First of all I would like to thank you for giving me this fine opportunity to introduce myself. I am avinash kumar from patna bihar. I'm perusing B.tech degree from lovely professional university jalandhar in Electronics and Communication engineering branch with a percentage of 65%. I have completed my HSC from s.b. college Ara with 58% and SSc from high school masuraha with a percentage of 56%. My father is No more when I only six month old and He was a farmer. My mother is a homemaker. I have two elder sister and both got married and settled. And one elder brother who worked in pharmaceutical company as a post of medical representives. My strength are I am a quick learner and self-motivating person and try to solve problem. I can change myself according to situation so I am flexible anywhere. My weakness is to believe anyone for a short time. And My weakness is I never feel comfortable until finish my job or work in right time. My short term goal is get job in reputed company like yours and my long term goal is good position is my work place. Sir/mam as I am fresher I have no experience so I want to utilize myself as resource for all kind of challenging jobs through upgrading my knowledge & skills from time to time. My hobbies are: I like to watch Cricket and I am interest in do fast balling in cricket and also play chess. Thank you. 2. Why should I hire you? Ans : Sir, as I'm a fresher I don't have any work experience but has good knowledge. I am a quick learner and adaptable to any kind of environment. I can easily mingle with others so that I can easily work in team. I am more interested in taking challenges so that it definitely add strength to company's growth if I'm hired. 3. What are your strengths and weaknesses? My loyalty, Keen to learn, Never blame someone else for my failure and smart working. My strengths being Dedicated to my work, patience, leadership, punctual, can adjust in any environment easily. Weakness - I can trust people very easily and little emotional. Some time I take more time to finish my task for better result. 4. Why do you want to work at our company? ans:- As I m a fresher I need a platform where I can start my professional tour to prove knowledge and skill so your company will provide me the opportunity to prove myself I'm fully confident that I will prove myself and gain some extra knowledge in working field. Everybody wants to work in reputed company like your's. As a fresher I have skills and knowledge so I need a platform to prove my skills and knowledge. I think your company will give an opportunity to prove myself. 5. What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Ans:- Confidence: I have knowledge to do anything. Over confidence: I have knowledge more than others I can do anything and everything. If you select me I will try to do my best its"confidence". If you select me definitely I will do my best its" Overconfidence". New company As a fresher or Experience both candidates are same.

6. What is the difference between hard work and smart work? Ans:- Hard work = Do but don't think. No work = Think but don't do. Smart work = Think first and then do. Hard Work = Less application of brain. Smart Work = Full application of brain. Hard work means continuously moving towards the goal. Smart work means finding better ways to achieve the goals. Hi friends, Its easy to define. Hard work - Cut the tree from top to bottom. Smart work - Cut the tree directly to bottom. 7. How do you feel about working nights and weekends? Ans:- I will ensure that I complete all my work in time. If the company requires my presence I am always ready to work at late nights and weekends. Ofcourse no one will like to work at nights & on weekends. But when it's required I can definitely do it. Just as I study till late night during exams.

Till now I live like a student life and In the student life I always used to work at nights and weekend. So I don't have any problem in working at night and weekend.

8. Can you work under pressure?

Ans:- Sir, yes I can work under pressure because facing a different situation always be a learning new experience.Yes I can work Under pressure because real ideas and efforts comes in pressure situation. Pressure taught us how to take challenges and put your efforts for the company. 9. Are you willing to relocate or travel?

ans:- Yes sir, location doesn't matter. I can give my best performance in anywhere because I love my job and my responsibilities and I want to get experience from any kind of environment. "Experience makes a man perfect". *** Yes sir, depending upon the needs and requirements of the company, I will not have any issue with the relocation. I can give my best performance in any location of the world because I love my job and my responsibilities and It would be my pleasure to relocate myself because I will be able to get a lot of knowledge and a lot of experience from different cultures and different kinds of people, which will be benificial for me as well as for my company also. *** 10. What are your goals? Ans:- Sir/madam, My short term goal is to get a job in good organisation to improve my carrier path. My long term goal is to be in a respectable position in that organisation. My short term goal is to be placed in your company to enhance my skill and knowledge. Long term goal is I want to see myself handling bunch of people and consider as a valuable assets for the company and be a part of the success of the company. 11. What motivates you to do good job? Ans:- Sir, My parents efforts to make me stand here. I want to provide luxurious life to my parents and I would like to give them that level of happiness that they never had. Passion and love on my profession motivated me to do this job. Sir there are many reasons. 1st is that my parents scarifies a lot for me. I want to give all the happiness that they never had in there life. 2nd is for self satisfaction. I want better life in future. I have a dream to be independent n self earned. Thank you. 12. What makes you angry? ans:- Everyone gets angry at some point of time in their life. I get angry especially my friends cheat me. But I have self control over myself that I don't get angry rather than just moving away from them. As a human being everyone gets angry. I will get angry only when someone cheats me and talking with two mouths (i. e) one is good before me and bad behind me, but I can't exhibit the feelings before the person I can control myself and becalm to overcome the situation. 13. Give me an example of your creativity? ans:- Creativity means creating something which is different from others. 14. What are your outside interests? Ans: My outside interest includes playing cricket and to go for a walk, both adds to my health and makes me relax myself and doing facebook also.

My outside interests are to spend time with friends, listing music, playing chess specially with my friends. I also like net suffering. 15. How much salary do you expect? ans:- Sir, thanks for to asking for this question. As a fresher money is not much more important for me. The thing which is important for me is that I want to start my career. I would be except salary according to company norms. Thank you for asking this question, As I am a fresher, salary is not an issue for me. Learning & Experience are my major priorities. As your organization is one of the most reputed organization, I just expect the salary offered by you is the best in this industry. 16. How long would you expect to work for us if hired? Ans:- Sir, As I am a fresher, if you give me an opportunity to work in this organization I will feel its my pleasure to work and I will work for the company as long as company requires my service and as long as I will grow technically and economically. 17. What are your career options right now? Ans: -At present my carrier objective is to get placed in good reputed company like yours to improve my skills and knowledge and also I want to be a asset of your company. My career objective is I to get placed in good reputed company and then I want to develop my skills and knowledge with the company growth. Sir,i want to placed in reputed company like your's which gives me more knowledge and enhance my skills and makes me grow along with the organisation. 18. Explain how would be an asset to this organization? ans:- Sir, I am a quick learner and I have anxiety about learning new things. If you give me an opportunity then I can give my 100% effort for my work. Thus, I will be asset to the organization. I can give 100% effort in my work for the betterment of my organization. Thus I will be an asset to my orgnization. 19. Would you lie for the company? ans:- Sir, telling lie is not at all a solution to problems. Truly saying, lie itself create major problems because telling lie is the most easiest thing but to hide that lie, we have to tell another 100 lies. So beyond telling lie, I find an alternate solution to solve the problem. Sir, in my childhood days, my mother used to tell me that if you lie once, you have to tell 100 more lies in support of that lie. So, I would never lie for my company. May be my lie would give a false reputation to my company, but a day will come when the truth will be disclosed and that will endanger my company's reputation. The trust of the customer once lost, would never come back. But I assure you to find out the alternate solution of that problem. Lie is not the only solution.

20. Who has inspired you in your life and why? ans: -My mistakes that teaches me to beware next time. My failures are inspired me. I believe that we learn more from failure than success. So I learned a lot from failures and I can guide to others towards success. I inspired by my mom. She helped me in every situation when I think there is no way for me to work. She motivates

me when I was depressed. I don't think without my mother I will be what I am now. I love my mom. 21. What was the toughest decision you ever had to make? ans: -My toughest decision was to choose between higher education and job. I choose job because getting more practical knowledge rather than theoretical knowledge is more important for a better carrier. My toughest decision is whether to choose higher studies for search for a job. I chosen job because getting trained is better than educated. Any decision depends on situation, taking correct decision at a situation is the toughest job, and the decision taken should be beneficial. 22. Have you considered starting your own business? ans:- Being a Fresher, I don't have any idea about it. Also, before being a Good Businessman, you have to be good Employee. At present, I just want to improve my skills and experience in the field of Working. Later, considering my financial Conditions, market status,etc., I'll think about it. As a fresher I did not think much about that one right now. I just want to improve my skills and work experienc. Later I will think about that. Because a good business man must be a good employee then only he can run the organisation successfully. 23. How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition? Ans: "succees" to me is doing something that I always wanted to do. No one else can measure my success except myself because success is related to mental satisfaction. Success is not about money as per my thinking. ans:- Sir, I think every person has a different meaning of success like if a student get a good marks in examination that is successful for him and if parents can bring happiness in their child's life that is success for them. So I think success means you satisfied with your work. 24. If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work? Ans:- Yes I will work why because the money without any effort will not give me any satisfaction. The money which I have earned with my hard work will make me happy. Money will not make me to learn new things but hard work will teach us how earn more tham $10million. Yes I will work continue because money does not teach how to earn more money but your company teach me how to convert 10 million into 100 million. I won't leave because money will not teach anything but our company will teach how to earn more than $10 million money. So I will continue my work. 25. Tell me something about our company. ans: -It's one of the reputed company. Then recent projects and achievements leads to company performance. Its is well growing company in global. And I'm sure that this company going to successfully growth. This question is not at all tough to answer just go through company profile and frame few good points about company, company chairman, MD. One thing current project company working on and moreover company's contribution on particular sector. Keeping these points in view one can easily give best answer to this question. A good answer will reflect that yes, you are interested in particular company.

Ans: -I would like to see as an important member in the organisation which gave me an opportunity and platform to improve my skill when I was fresher so that I can continue contributing to the success of the organisation. I would like to see my self to be at respectable position at a good organization where I could use my knowledge and skill to take my organisation to a great height.

27. On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer. Ans:Sir I am not in a position and I am not a right person to rate you. But this is a part of interview, really I am feeling comfortable in front of you so I would like to give 9 out of 10. I deduct one mark because no one is perfect. There is always be a scope to improvement. Sir, I am not the exact person to rate you because you are here to rate me, you have more degree, knowledge and experience. But as a part of an interview I would rate you 9. 5 out of 10 because I feel comfortable in front of you and your friendly attitude to me. I don't rate 10 as no one is perfect in this world. 28.
