1. The Front Cover should have the following printed on it in block letters: (a) The title at the top (b) Candidate Name(s) and Supervisor Name(s) in the middle (c) and Name of the Department and Rajasthan Technical University, Kota at the bottom. The format is enclosed. 2. The contents of the project report/thesis should have the following: (i) Certificate / Declaration by the Candidate (ii) Acknowledgements (iii) Abstract (iv) Table of Contents (v) List of Figures (vi) List of Tables (vii) Body Text of the project report/thesis (viii) References (ix) Appendices, if any 3. The Body Text of the Project report/thesis arranged in chapters should be type-written on a A-4 size paper with following specifications

Paper size - A4 Left margin 1.25 inch, Right margin 1.0 inch, Top 1.0 inch, Bottom - 1.5
inch with page no. at bottom margin of 1.0 inch.

The page no. should be numbered from Body text of the project
report/thesis as 1, 2, 3 and starting from Acknowledgements as i, ii, iii, iv. There is no page number on the certificate/ declaration by the candidate.

 For each chapter at top right corner chapter no. should be written: for
example; for chapter 1, it should be Chapter - 1 (Font 16 bold, Times New Roman).

Title of the chapter should be typed in Font 14 +Bold +Times New

Romain (Capitalize Each word except of, for , and.etc.) and should be centered.

Language Times New Roman (Regular) Font Size 12 (Pt. Normal) Main Heading 14 (Bold) Sub Heading 12 (Bold) Line Spacing 1.5 Complete report should be justified Table and Figure name should be given All new Topics should starts from new page
4. Suitable reproduction of diagrams should be used. Photographs should be suitably mounted on the same quality paper as the project report/thesis. The reference of the figure numbers should clearly be given in the Body text. 5. Literature References will be arranged in the order in which they are referred in the Thesis.
Reference no. should be given in the form of square brackets like [1], [2] within the text in the order in which they are cited. These references then have to be mentioned in the last part of the

Report in consistent with a standard journal(s) in the field. Literature References (IEEE Syntax),
