DESIGN
KIDSON is a complete set delivered as an easy-to-assemble kit including:
A separator, a non-moving stainless steel part with bar magnets mounted on guides. A hydraulic and electromechanical assembly having a wet-rotor circulator specific to each model, a drain valve, a dynamic equalization valve, and a breather valve, a degasser, a support foot or arm, depending on the model, and connecting hoses.

KIDSON

OPERATING PRINCIPLE
KIDSON efficiently removes sludge from heating systems by means of natural physical phenomena. It operates by physical separation through the combined actions of: GRAVITY + FILTRATION + THE MAGNETIC EFFECT + THE PRESSURE-RELIEVING EFFECT of the separator. Water from the system enters the separator through the lower pipe. The constant thrust of the circulator drives the water slowly first down, then up in the separator. Particles in suspension fall by gravity - their own weight - into the bottom of the settling chamber. A millimetric filter traps floating matter (oakum, polystyrene). The multipolar magnetic field causes ferromagnetic particles to condense on the inside wall of the separator. The separator acts as a "pressure reliever" in the fluid flow and promotes degassing through the automatic air bleed. The system is emptied by hand: the circulator is stopped, the quarter-turn valves are opened and closed, and the bar magnets are moved (to eliminate the magnetic field). When the system is drained, the bottom housing of the deconcentration chamber is cleaned automatically by a countercurrent flow.
