IN THE MATTER of the ORDER created by Mr. Perkins on September 4th, 2013, wherein does it read the Court determined that Mr. Kynett had the right to move for relief and be heard. However, the Court also determined that it was unwilling to make a determination that he had the status of a non-resident alien or make any ruling that divest the Court of jurisdiction to try this matter on its merits. 1: the Court determined that Mr. Kynett had the right to move for relief and be heard. Fact: The rights of Kynett, Leslie Todd do not emanate from the Court, therefore, the determination of Mr. Perkins cannot be recognized. 2: However, the Court also determined that it was unwilling to make a determination that he had the status of a non-resident alien or make any ruling that divest the Court of jurisdiction to try this matter on its merits. Fact: The MOTION that was issued was a professional courtesy MOTION to rid Mr. Levin of any liability for the past torts that Mr. Levin has accumulated in the past couple of weeks, mainly writing an Affidavit/Motion/Criminal Complaint without any verified complaint which is at least a barratry charge. Mr. Levin is working and operating under the Clearfield Doctrine and therefore has no immunity from tort claims. 3: The condition of the State of Nevada. Fact: Kynett, Leslie Todd does have non-resident alien status within the sphere of the United States inc, and the State of Nevada as he does not possess any oath or affirmation nor any allegiance to the aforesaid corporation nor the State of Nevada. Furthermore, Mr. Levin is only a private company doing business in the State of Nevada as a Prosecutor, Mr. Levin does not have authority nor any power of attorney to speak for the State of Nevada as it does not have any citizens under oath, affirmation, fidelity nor loyalty oath to the State of Nevada and therefore the State of Nevada does not have a population. The State of Nevada may have residents, however, there are no resident bonds, voluntarily issued by the people in existence that would bind the resident status to the particular body politic of attorneys that have planted themselves on the territory calling themselves a legislature. Furthermore, none of the statutes created by the attorneys have enactment clauses which would be evidence of a lack of a population and subject matter jurisdiction. Fact: Kynett, Leslie Todd determines his own allegiance where allegiance is a personal choice and a well established right of self-determination as written in the Law of Nations. Also, article one of the charter of the United Nations, 15 United States Statutes at Large section 249 and 250 which were written by attorneys. Allegiance nor rights are not to be determined by Mr. Perkins, Mr. Levin nor any Court. A Court does not have the right to determine allegiance, status, nor jurisdiction nor does it have the right to ignore an estoppel, a quo warranto when those documents came from a jurisdiction that has all of the qualifications of a Nation as written in the Law of Nations, the United Nations charter, and the new testament of the Scriptures. Mr. Perkins nor Mr. Levin do not have the right to determine against clearly established law particularly while doing business and rendering services as private companies and trustees of various trusts linking back to the Monarchs that signed the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874.
