Introduction: The municipality of Guinobatan in Albay has a population of 74, 386 and with 44 barangays which belongs to the

partly urban areas. Some develops modern urban structure while some, especially those that belongs to the outlying areas, remained rural. One of these rural areas is the Binogsacan Lower, which is quite far from the urban settlement. This area, usually, composed of families with simple life and wanting to have land tenures of their own. So, the Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines (HPFP) is the way for the Binogsacan Lower to have their own land provided that this land came from their own savings. Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines (HPFP) is an organization that aims to help poor people to provide their own land and house by means of savings. They introduce how to set up community structures and facilitates with long-term solutions. Their goal is to organize settlers communities, strengthen of community association and promotion of community savings. They provide orientations regarding their goals and functions and how will their savings help them. Things that they do in promoting their organization are: 1. They set orientation or seminar regarding their organization and explains how will it works. 2. After doing orientation, they let the people who are interested to form a group which will serve as their community. And this community will also provide leaders that will be the voice and representative of their community in meetings and will provide names for their federation. 3. After having a community, they must become a member. And they will set meetings regarding plans on where they want to settle and will start on saving money. Usually, there is no amount of money required for them to save daily. They can save as low as 50 cent depending on their salary or how much can they save a day. This saving is usually continuous saving wherein they can save as much as they want as for their future purposes. However, saving money for the lot and home will provide an allotted time to for them to start the project. And if the saving is not enough the HPFP will provide the balance by letting the community to have loans and later they will pay for it.

4. After all the planning stages, site selection and saving money and buying the lot, it is time for them to divide it equally. And next is for them to design their own house design. Objective: Objectives of this activity are: 1. Aims to provide knowledge about the process of having a housing project for the homeless by means of Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines 2. Determining the factors that may be consider in designing a house and alternative raw materials that can be used that are cheaper, strong, durable and can stand different calamities 3. In providing housing for community, the community or the family living within the community must know. So that, there wont have any problem. Methodology: This research is about housing processes that will provide information on how these Homeless Peoples Federation Philippines is capable of providing houses for homeless. Gathered information is collected by means of orientation and pictures in the area in Binogsacan. Findings and discussion: The study is usually a one day tour in Binogsacan Lower where we learn what Homeless Peoples Federation is and saw the houses which are experimented if it can stand calamities such as typhoon. Conclusion: House and land or what we also called property is very important, especially today. Thus, providing a land tenure and home for homeless people up lifts their way of living and moral and dignity. These also serve as their properties and can be passed by generations. And this also proves that even though you are poor you can provide land and house by your own by means of saving money.
