RECOVERY DOWN TO 10 MICRONS AND UNIT CAPACITIES UP TO 100 t/h The Falcon C Concentrator is typically used in gravity recovery applications that require a higher mass yield to concentrate when compared with the SB machines. Often the Falcon C concentrator is used to recover valuable particles that are too fine to be recovered by dense media separation, spirals, or any other low G process. Designed for continuous duty, these machines are able to produce mass yields as high as 40%. The primary objective of the Falcon Cs is to maximize recovery and reduce tonnage to downstream processes. The technology is ideal for scavenging or pre-concentrating applications as well, since no water is added during processing.

COARSE AND FINE PRECIOUS METAL RECOVERY

The Falcon SB Concentrator is known as Semi-Batch because they continually accept feed during the run cycle, but only produce concentrate during periodic rinse cycles. Run times range anywhere from five minutes to several hours, depending on the application. Rinse times are generally less than a minute as Falcon uses dynamic brakes to quickly slow the bowl down, rinse out the concentrate, and then return to full operational speed. The Falcon SB concentrators use variable frequency drives and can operate anywhere from 50 to 200 Gs. The typical application for a Falcon SB concentrator is recovery of liberated precious metals (Au, Ag, Pt, etc.) within a grinding circuit. When installed within a grinding circuit, Sepro often recommends that the gravity concentrator be placed on cyclone feed, rather than cyclone underflow to generate higher recoveries. Outside of grinding circuits, Falcon SB concentrators are also used for precious metal separation from aggregate or placer deposits. The target mineral will usually be in extremely low concentration (grams per tonne) and a very high upgrade is desired (up to 10,000x).

Recovery of gold, silver and platinum group metals Recovery of gold from cyclone feed, underflow or overflow within the grinding circuit Recovery of gold in alluvial gold operations Recovery of gold from aggregate plants A DVA N TAG E S

High G forces (highest in the mineral processing industry) allow for higher efficiency and the recovery of very fine material Dynamic brakes, advanced wear materials and a modular design decreases downtime and reduced maintenance costs Reduced water consumption as only the pertinent collection zone section of the bowl is fluidized Fully automated, one touch operation that provides the least amount of offline time and highest possible concentrate security

FORCES UP TO 650 GS AND GRAVITY RECOVERY DOWN TO 3 MICRONS

Ultra fine mineral recovery has been an industry goal for many years. With Falcons UF line of concentrators there is now a way to economically recover and upgrade particles as fine as three microns. The primary objective of the Falcon UF concentrator is to scavenge ultra fine particles that are typically rejected from plant processes as slimes. Using a variable lip controlled by air pressure the Falcon UF concentrator is extremely flexible in operation and can vary mass pull to concentrate from 0 - 100%. Such flexibility allows for a wide range of metallurgical operation from high recovery to high upgrade. Operating UF machines in rougher-cleaner or rougher-scavenger configurations can provide an almost unlimited range of possibilities.

MAKING IMPOSSIBLE SCREENING POSSIBLE!

Sepro-Atalay VFE SD Screening Machines are designed for difficult wet, damp or dry screening applications where a fine and accurate separation is required from a single deck. The proprietary Vibro-Flex Exciter mechanisms of the Sepro-Atalay SD VFE Screening Machines absorb the high frequency vibration from the low powered, dual unbalanced electric motors and generate a chaotic response across the entire screening surface, promoting high particle acceleration and excellent bed stratification. This response prevents the screening media from pegging and blinding, common problems when screening fine materials. The highly stratified bed assures excellent screening efficiency at very fine cut sizes. Pilot scale VFE screens are also available for pilot plant and laboratory use.

THREE PRODUCTS FROM ONE DMS SEPARATOR

The dynamic, three-stage Tri-Flow dense media separator gives Sepro a leading position in advanced DMS technology. Two stages of separation are inherent in a Tri-Flow separator, which results in a sharper density separation. For a higher separation differential, the system can employ two separate medium circuits with individual density controls and a common medium recovery circuit. A single medium circuit is used when only a small difference in the cut point between the two separation stages is required. The compactness of the Tri-Flow separator makes it possible to convert conventional DMS plants to a three product operation. The Tri-Flow separator is simple and economical to operate.

MODULAR PROCESS SOLUTIONS

MODULAR PROCESS SOLUTIONS Utilizing our experienced team of engineering professionals, Sepro designs and builds modular and mobile processing plants for a wide range of minerals. We create solutions using an array of processing techniques that encompasses numerous unit process operations. Complete plants are assembled utilizing Sepro manufactured equipment, but are optionally designed to accommodate innovative solutions and equipment from a wide variety of vendors and sub-contractors. Modular plants may include Primary and Secondary Crushing, Screening, Agglomeration, Washing and Scrubbing, Dense Media Separation, Grinding, Gravity Concentration, Flotation and Leaching. Plants and operations are designed to minimize construction time, minimize expenses, and to be easily serviceable in remote locations. Commissioning time on site is decreased by thorough shop testing of the major components and sub-assemblies. All plants are designed to international processing and safety standards and can easily be containerized, shipped and reassembled, even in the most remote locations in the world! Process testing is critical to the success of any plant, and our partnership with a full service metallurgical laboratory provides Sepro the opportunity to fine tune the process to suit the ore type.

SEPRO MOBILE PLANTS Designed to allow the rapid deployment of a complete plant the Sepro Mobile Mill systems is ideal for smaller tonnage operations and / or mining operations with short mine life. Easily re-locatable the main process equipment is mounted on road transportable custom built trailer assemblies. These plants require minimal site civil works. Mobile plants can be designed to encompass a wide variety of process options from crushing through to the final concentrate collection. SEPRO MODULAR OR SKID MOUNTED

Custom modular plants are engineered around structural elements that are simple and easy to erect on site and minimize civil and infrastructure costs. These plants can be designed with larger equipment for higher tonnage applications than that of the Sepro Mobile Plants. SEPRO STANDARD MODULAR PLANT DESIGNS Sepro offers several package options as standard plants. These plants are normally designed around a single recovery or process option such as Dense Media Separation or Gravity Concentration. Sepro maintains critical components in stock for quick delivery.
