Subject: Appointment letter for the post of HR Executive (Admissions and Placements.)
Dear Suhas,
Gramodaya Trust, a trust incorporated under the Trust Act in the State of Maharashtra.
Gramodaya Trust is pleased to offer you position of HR Executive (Admissions and
Placements), at Tathawade, Tal Mulshi Dist Pune on the terms set out in this letter. We believe
that you will be valuable asset to our college
1) Your remuneration will be as per the mutually agreed terms i.e. Rs 132000/- per annum. (One
lakh thirty two thousand per annum), including Rs1000 per month as communication charges, in
addition you will be paid Rs 1500 per month as fuel expenses for your two-wheeler for official
visits on production of date wise point to point travel which you will submit in writing The
Management of Gramodaya Trust and RIBM reserves the right to restructure the total
remuneration payable to you under various sub-heads or allowances if & when required to be
done. Any decision taken by the Management in this regard shall be final and binding upon you.
All deductions from Salary will be according to Income Tax act. All the deductions and Benefits
will be in lieu of AICTE rules.
2) It is assumed that you will serve the Gramodaya Trust and RIBM for Two years; however,
Management of RIBM and Gramodaya Trust can terminate your services at any given time
during your service period on short notice of 1 month.
3) In case you wish to resign from the services of the RIBM, you will be required to give one
month’s notice.
4) During your employment with RIBM and Trust, you will not directly or indirectly get yourself
involved, engaged, concerned or interested in any Other Educational Activities, Trade, Business,
Occupation or Consultancy of any nature.
5) Any process & Invention made by you during the tenure of your service with us, will be the
sole property of the RIBM.
8) In case of your termination or your resignation, you should hand over charge to any Official
designated in this behalf & obtain a clearance certificate from him & your accounts can be
settled only on production of such certificate within three months.
9) In availing of your leave earned or due, it would be necessary for you to procure prior
sanction of the Management in writing. In case of sick leave, if it is more than two consecutive
days then supporting certificates from the prescribed Medical Practitioner shall invariably be
necessary for sanction of such leave.
10) RIBM & Gramodaya Trust reserves the right to take appropriate action in case the personal
details of past employment furnished by you are found to be untrue.
12) Over & above all these, you would be subject to the rules and regulations of the RIBM &
Gramodaya Trust as are in force & which shall be framed from time to time.
Your formal appointment letter shall be issued to you upon sending the documents mentioned
above.
