Introduction Decision making is an imperative procedure and encompassed numerous aspects, which in turn help the organization to successfully evaluate several options and execute them in an effective manner. The procedure of decision making is affected by several elements such as personal behavior, political, social, technological, and economic elements. This process entails diverse steps such as defining objectives, evaluation of alternatives, and selection of best alternative. Decision Making Technique for Establishing Presence in Kava Walgreens Company desires to establish its existence in Kava and for this, Walgreens needs to implement a decision making technique so that a suitable resolution for establishing existence in Kava can be firm. Walgreens need to implement a sensible idea of professional decision making as this procedure has its origins in the financial theory of the firm.
