Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the assessment of their application

within one week after their profile has been received and reviewed by the admissions
office.

Some students may be called for an admission interview before a decision is made.

Application and Entry Requirements

The Dubai campus will be admitting in 2005 students into the Foundation year
and Bachelor 1. Bachelor 2 will commence in 2006 and Bachelor 3 in 2007.

By Belgian Law, Belgian universities are to receive applications from students who
have passed their Belgian secondary school certificate or equivalent.
Those who have successfully completed their secondary school education can apply
for admission at the Dubai campus.

However, to

◊ Secure admission into the Foundation year in Dubai campus students need to
have successfully completed O-levels, IGCSE or equivalent in at least 5
subjects.

◊ Secure admission into Bachelor 1 students need to have a school

diploma/certificate that allow for university entry in the country source of the
diploma /certificate.

In case general education was not in English, an English language assessment test
would have to be taken separately.
Depending on the results of this assessment students will be advised to enroll in the
foundation year or to take extra tuition in Bachelor 1 or they will be admitted to
Bachelor 1 unconditionally.

Students with school certificates that can not be considered as any of the above will
be assessed case by case.

Students that can not show proof of Mathematics on any of their certificates, and
meet the other admission criteria, will be admitted in the Foundation year.

Students who have got a grade below C in Mathematics on their school certificate will
either be advised to take extra tuition in Bachelor 1 or will be admitted to the
Foundation year.
