What does a director do?
A director is the person who directs the actors and film crew in making the film. They are in charge of how the film is make, how it should look and come and create new spontaneous ideas. They instruct the first assistant director and works with the director of photography The director is responsible for;
Turning the script into a sequence of shots Tone Camera angles Mise-en-scene Lens effects Lighting (with help of cinematographer) Set design (with production designer) Coordination of actors Writing Financing Editing

vIm am responsible to all props and costumes. vI have to make sure that all the props and costumes are ready to go and everyone is wearing and got everything they need. vI have to makes sure and check the supplies of props like making sure there are enough supplies and props in case a scene needs to be re-shot a couple of time. v vI need to have a record of props and costume positioning, which ensures that there is good stability.

To make sure I am successful at my job I would firstly need to..... vKnow my stuff. As an art director I would need to know what the technologies are and how theyre used. I need to know what everyone on my team does, and why. Leave the details up to them, but be sure I know whats involved. vKeep the specialists in check. Making sure that I'm being a good team player. v v Make sure that you are communicating what you do with your readers.

I will make sure that I inform everybody in the group of the decisions I am going to make. I will always have the objective visuals in mind when filming I will revise Mise-En-Scene in greater detail before filming so I am fully aware of its importance in our opening sequence

What does a camera operator do?
A cameraman is a professional operator of a film or video camera. Theyre responsible for physically operating the camera, composition and camera angles throughout a given scene or shot. The camera operator follows instructions from assistant director and director of photography. They shoot the film, in some sense, we see the film through the cameraman's eyes.

Description Of Job
A cameraman operates a variety of cameras to record video film for motion pictures, television shows and commercials. They have to operate cameras by following instructions from our Assistant Director and Director of Photography.

Have a 'Good Eye'. This means having the ability to spot a good shot or filming opportunity. Being able to frame a shot. This means knowing and differentiating between what looks good and what doesn't. Be able to work quickly (and most importantly calmly) under pressure Be able to work alone and also being able to work within a team Always be enthused and positive towards the production. Having a positive can do attitude, will always put you ahead of your work. Find solutions, not problems.
