JOB PROFILE At present Working as an Mechanical Engineer in 12.00MW power plant., handing over all job responsbilities of maintenance, of all the boilers (AFBC Type, Pulsating grate Type, Oil Fired, Exhaust Gas, water tube, agro fuel and coal based Boilers of low & high pressure and capacities of 80 MT steam per hour.),Turbine 7.5 MW (extraction cum Condensing), feed pumps, compressor, steam/water lines, water treatment plants), Electro static precipitator and Boiler refractory. JOB PROFILE Worked in 90.00 MW Co-generation Power Plant as a maintenance Engineer, was handling overall maintenance of all the boilers, Fans, Pumps, Pollution controlling Plants, Boiler refractory Fuel handling system and also handled projects (boilers, feed pumps, compressors, steam/water lines, water treatment plants).which are installed at D.S.W. Worked as a shift in charge for one year, was having overall job responsibilities of operation & maintenance of 8 boilers (water tube, agro fuel, Bagasse fired and coal based, Traveling grate type, Semi DCS (SCADA) Base.) of low, medium & high pressure and capacities of 450 MT steam per hour. To supervise and ensure proper health of all process equipments and machines & also to ensure optimum utilization of skilled and unskilled manpower. Responsible for adequate inventory control, indenting, billing, enquiry solicitation, follow up, techno commercial discussion with vendors and contractors. Coordinating in IBR communications and formalities. Responsible for Installation and erection of Feed water and High pressure steam lines which includes establishment of route, studying and checking of drawings ,bill of material estimation ,fabrication and erection of steam lines as per drawing and IBR recommendation, final steam blowing ,SR, Radiography and hydraulic testing.

PROJECT EXPOSURE

Erection and commissioning of 70 TPH capacity & working pressure of 67kg/cm2 boiler in 2007. Erection and commissioning of 90 TPH, 68kg/cm2 boiler in 2008. Erection and commissioning of Boiler Feed Pumps in 2008 and 2009. Erection and commissioning of 90 TPH, 68kg/cm2 boiler in 2009. Dismantling of 03 Nos Boilers, 20 kg/cm2, 20 kg/cm2, 35 kg/cm2 in 2009.
