F4 WITHOUT SEARCH CRITERIA: In the Search help the search parameters position are mentioned as shown below.

Example: I use standard search help FKKBPTAXTYPE_F4 Language 1, Name (Text) 2, TEXTYPE (Category) - 3

And the F4 help is assigned to BP_number as shown in the below screen.

In the result we can the search criteria is displayed as the positions we have given in the search help.

Now, We dont want this search criteria so remove the sPos in search help as shown below and select the dialog type as D Display values immediately since we dont want search criteria the resut should be displayed normally.

Now I havent made any changes to the code I kept as it is.

Now we can see that the Search criteria is missing in the F4 pop up and the values are displayed normally, which we need.
