GPU_ASU usage station list 1


As part of a continuing campaign to reduce fuel burn and associated
costs, the following process shall be adhered to at your destination:


Arriving aircraft will have ground personnel waiting to connect ground
electrics and conditioned air.

The provision of GPU/ACU is part of the ground handling contract and
should be available.

A Captains Special Report shall be submitted if a GPU/ACU is not
available on arrival.

Flight crew are required to switch to ground electrics as soon as possible
and shut down the APU.

Conditioned air will be connected automatically, once the APU has been
shut down.

There is no requirement for any communication between flight crew and
ground personnel during this process.

Ground personnel will take responsibility for monitoring the cabin
temperature during the turnaround until the flight crew arrive at the
aircraft.

Departing flight crew are requested to switch to APU electrics and
conditioning at STD-20.
