Leads, coordinates, and ensures effective implementation of Green Reconstruction Guidelines with in WWF/American Red Cross partnership. Implements activities to source and provide technical advisory services on green reconstruction including shelter, water and sanitation, livelihoods and disaster risk management as required. Leads the development of partnership through strategic planning, research and integration with national and international sustainable development policy as appropriate.
