My education, especially the International Baccalaureate programme, which places special emphasis on the development of students analytical thinking, my work experience as well as my natural inquisitive and curious outlook on life have all developed my analytical and critical thinking skills. I have developed a healthy level of skepticism, always looking for hidden faults and potential problems, evaluating the stakes and probabilities of risks and looking for different alternatives or explanations. I have a passion for creativity and have a variety of hobbies and interests related to that, ranging from graphic design, photography, image-editing, 3D modeling, interior design and others. As a son of an aviator, I have spent much my adolescent years abroad, living and studying in multicultural environments and having a variety of different nationalities, cultures and religions as my friends and social contacts. Throughout the years I have developed a real sense of the value of diversity, a high level of cultural tolerance and understanding and a self-image of a world citizen. I see myself as very communicative and open- minded, always interested in the opinions and ideas of others and in finding a better or more efficient way of doing things. I believe in the importance of constructive debate in the form of an argumented clash of perspectives in finding the best solution and achieving the best outcome. I hold special interest in the field of project management. My employment within Paladin Property Development, which is a construction management firm directly involved with project management and project management software, has provided me with a basic understanding of the principles in the field. I have also read the Project Management Institutes (PMI) Guide to the PMBOK and gained basic knowledge of the many different aspects involved in planning, implementing, controlling and monitoring a project, the triple constraints of scope, time and cost and other major components, such as procurement, quality, risk and change management. I find the field as very engaging as I believe that much of the framework is universally applicable in the management of any complex task, including some aspects in the management of an organization, and plan on further developing my knowledge and skills in the field, eventually aiming at become a Project Management Professional (PMIs professional qualification and title). Completing my education as an external student in parallel with full-time employment has provided me with valuable experience in prioritizing, managing multiple tasks, and breaking down and planning out my assignments.
