7: UNTRUSTWORTHY AND OTHER INVALIDATING CAUSES, WE GAVE THE MASONIC ORDER A CHANCE AND THEY UTTERLY FAILED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that any and all proceeds from the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 are removed from the U.S. Treasury for the aforesaid reasons in paragraphs 1 through 7 and deposited with the Universal Postal Union in an account name The United States of America. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, a representative from the UPU contact the office of the Treasury for The United States of America immediately at 775-434-8853 to initiate the transfer of all funds and proceeds including interest accrued to https://www.thegeneralpostexchange.org/cyclos/do/login. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that all reporting of fund transfers to the beneficiary recipients shall be given to the UPU as a second witness as to the honestly and validity of the transfers. Therefore the UPU shall act as a clearing house for the office of the Treasury for The United States of America. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that an audit of all books and records of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 shall be performed of The United States of Americas part from the beginning of the Treaty, to present day, to future obligations, so that there shall be a transparency of all beneficiaries records sent to the verified beneficiaries. ORDER TO CURE
IT IS ORDERED, by immediate action, in light of the motion to dismiss cause of action in account number 13-CR-469, the office of the Governor for The United States of America, within its jurisdiction and venue of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874, hereby lodges this ORDER TO CURE into account number 13-CR-469 to establish the following cause of action. For the release of the steward for the office of the Secretary of State of The United States of America which includes but not limited to: 1: Department of Alternative Sentencing of Douglas County, an agency of one of the various parties of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 removes the tracking shackle from the leg of Kynett, Leslie Todd and returns all property thereby restoring the dignity of the man, Kynett, Leslie Todd and begin the process of healing from his mental anguish. 2: The County Jail Bank returns all funds and to the wife of Kynett, Leslie Todd.
3: Release of the corpus of Kynett, Leslie Todd from the custody of the County Jail back to the sphere of the reign of the heavens and The United States of America. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the Original Township and its office holders within the district of The United States of America shall open an account in the name of The United States of America to extend onto the rural free delivery routes of the general post office thereof, for the purpose of fulfilling the terms and conditions of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 of which the current The United States of America is a party. FURTHERMORE, the intent of the ORDER is to resolve the violation of the Sovereignty of each of the parties of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 and now the current Universal Postal Union Treaty that has been committed by the agents of the various parties of the General Postal Union Treaty of 1874 including but not limited to the unlawful National Firearms Act of 1934 48 Stat. 1236, 73d, CONGRESS SESS. II, CHS, 756, 757, JUNE 26, 1934, SECTION 22. FURTHERMORE, the intent of the opening of a master account is so that the U.S. Treasury has a commercial trade route through the overlay district of The United States of America into the township(s) for the transfer any and all interest from the U.S. savings bonds and War bonds to the beneficiaries of East Fork Township and all other townships within the metes and bounds of The United States of America and the sphere of the reign of the heavens. FURTHERMORE, the master account of The United States of America shall also have the ability to become two master accounts in accordance with the Northwest Ordinance of 1874 brought forward to the present time, first paragraph, and shall be overseen by the office of the Treasury of The United States of America. BLACK Different writers have different views on this color. According to Albert Mackey, black in the Masonic Ritual is constantly the sign of grief. It is perfectly consistent with its use in the world where, from remote antiquity, black has been adopted as the garment of mourning. In Freemasonry, this color is confined to but a few degrees, but everywhere has the single meaning of sorrow. Thus in the French rite, during a ceremony of raising in one of the degrees, the Lodge is clothed in black, strewed with the 4 representation of tears as tokens of grief for the loss of a distinguished member of the fraternity. Coil says that the common acceptance of black as a symbol of sorrow or mourning is not applied in Craft ritualism, although popular regard for black crepe may be in evidence as Masonic symbols. He also makes reference to the use of the color in the French degrees and allied degrees of the Knights Templar and Scottish Rite. Bernard Jones goes a bit further in commenting on the allied degrees that black symbolizes not only grief but also silence and secrecy.
