The portal has Business to Business (Customer/Consumer) model as it has the very detailed section of corporate customers such as banking sector, other telecom companies, Industries, etc. It involves providing services to these customers such as

B2Bs:
The portal also has the B2bs model as it provides for the vendors to apply and get registered as their suppliers. Vendor Registration is mandatory process for all vendors wishing to supply material or services to PTCL. Vendor registration helps in updating of vendor details and monitoring of vendor performance. It enable vendors participate in tenders and to issue contracts or purchase orders. Current vendors are: Shiro Zte etc.

B2C:
The portals main business model is the Business to Consumer as Ptcl is the largest communications provider in Pakistan and to very much extent the only provider of landline service. The portal provides the facility of registering for new services as well as maintenance and customer services.

As for the alliances of the giant PTCL for the online portal there are none as they own each and every asset and resource to run the portal and all visual media by PTCL and/or its media providers. As for other core alliances these are as follows.

The business model is currently following the strategy to create customer satisfaction and maximizing shareholders' value'. This implies to keep up with the current pace of technology to retain the present customer and add more value. The company defines this to be done through Professional Integrity, Teamwork and Company Loyalty.

Ease of access:
The portal is working on the strategy of providing maximum ease of access to the customer. The portal is designed with a user friendly interface so that the customer has maximum ease of access in finding the required service.
