Creativity is the key element of an entrepreneur's success along with risk. you are required to come up with a b-plan for a product or service and give a detailed break-up of H.R, P.R and marketing strategy backed with a financial statement ( allotment of funds for raw materials,human resource etc.) >word document of 15- 20 pages (hard copy) to be submitted >ppt of 8-10 slides to be submitted

Do research about the various difficulties and in capabilities they face (example: They cant reach the top shelf's in the organisation, they are given jobs way below their qualification etc) 2. Find out the various industries they can be employed in. 3. Make HR policies for them to remove their difficulties. (Example: Train your other normal employees regarding how to deal with them) 4. Come up with non monetary incentives for them (example: Give them a different name to be recognized with in the organisation other than 'dwarfs') To clarify: You NEED NOT be a HR company. Think of yourself as a HR manager and the judge to be a dwarf working in the entertainment industry, convince him to move out into various other industries and tell him how he will be incorporated into the organisations.

Points to be kept in mind : * Finances would be given weight age over other parameters, keep it brief. A PPT would be preferred.

1. It's an existing ESTABLISHED company. 2. A total of INR 100 Crores would be available for the above stated purpose, it is not compulsory that you make use of all the 100 crores, the call is yours. 3. You are expected to show the allocation of funds, as in how much you spend on R&D, Marketing, Establishment of Plant and every other relevant establishment costs. 4. We are aware of the fact that you are amateurs, nonetheless we expect a clear financial plan to be chalked out and presented. 5. A cash flow statement is a must, there is something known as a break even analysis, read it up on google.... and try to incorporate the break even, more of necessary financial statements ( what you think is important ) please integrate it, would give you an edge. 6. The B plan must contain all relevant info on the product, but you can keep it short. 7. Ascertain price of the product, estimated sales and other sources of revenue. 8. Identify your mother company and name your product. We will not get you roasted on this, see what you can do about it.

Johnson and johnson) ---> product features and how is your product diff. from the rest available in the market. --->And along with your marketing strategies , i also want to know how your planning to launch the product into the market. ----> Also most important ...your PRICING..!!!

Motivational and Persuasive skills

Convincing a disturbed employee who wants to quit an organization.. 1-convince a gay employee to stay back in the organization and motivate him with non monetary incentives. His problem is that other employess look down upon his sexual orientation and dont respect him. He is a mere member of the org on paper. 2- convince a dwarf to continue working in an organization . 3- you are running a restaurant and one of your main chefs is going on an emergency and you need him.
