connoisseurs of ne indian cuisine

But my mission was to get my booty back into my beloved jeans by joining an Epworth-based boot camp that guarantees recruits to drop a dress size. As the weeks unfolded, my inches of excess body fat were being shed and, despite a rigorous first week full of aches and pains, my muscles are bristling like Popeyes. I was slightly gutted this week when I only lost one pound. Statistics: Upper arm: 12in (0.5ins lost) Chest: 37ins (0.5in lost) Waist: 32ins (2in lost) Hips: 37ins (0.5in lost) Thigh: 23ins (0.5in lost) Weight: 10st 9lbs (one pound lost)

HUNDREDS of press-ups, To date, I have lost a total of eight and seven-and-a-half dozens of healthy dishes and pounds gallons of guzzled water has inches. detoxed and toned my body over I never said it was going to be into a mixture of squats, burpees, tissues to ease expression lines, easy is fitness instructor Sue squat holds and star jump squats. It make eyes brighter and wider. It the last four weeks.
Taylors motto. It is also printed on my boot camp T-shirt to soften the blow and mark the completion of the challenge. And no phrase could be more true. When I look back on my first session out in the muddy field, amid a press-up, my eyes fixed on a chunky worm slithering through the soil, my fear of its presence got me to push up and down six times in 30 seconds. Now I am able to plough through more than 30 press-ups in one go, but the friend who has got me to this level is Sue. Heres how my week unfolded ... f Day 22: Sue kept her promise and joined us for a workout. After a new warm-up to liven up the glutes around the bottom, it was straight was a challenge to keep up with her. f Day 24: Hurt Locker If you have 50 seconds per exercise (burpees, squats, mountain climbers, warrior jumps) and just 10 seconds of recovery time, you might feel a bit tired. Do that five times and it is a recipe for the mother of all workouts. I knew the name Hurt Locker could only mean one thing this was going to HURT. f Day 25: I went for a face rejuvenation massage by Hayley Drakes (www.hayleydrakes.co.uk) to loosen up my face muscles for after weeks of screwing it up and gritting my teeth exercising out in the wind, I needed some help. The massage originates in India and works by waking up the muscle

plumps and lifts cheeks to give a fresher, more toned looking complexion. My face looked glowing and the elimination of toxins left my skin feeling softer and smoother. f Day 26: An Its A Knockout style team activity was a fun way to mark the final field session. It was just a shame a party with cupcakes was forbidden, but with the final weigh-in hanging over me tomorrow, I have a Post-It note in my purse with a list of treats to mark the end of camp celebration milk for a cup of tea and chocolate biscuits.
