Nutrition has always been at the forefront of menu planning with the goal of creating a serving line that teaches our customers about healthy meals. We believe our exponential growth to 83 districts over the last 25+ years is a result of our commitment to serve tasty and healthy meals to our customers. Nutri-Serves Corporate Dietitian, Kristen Mueller, RD, works collaboratively with our leadership team to plan our monthly menus and provides nutrition support and education to students, athletes & school staff.

Entre Descriptions
Some Insight Into Our Menu Magic.
Grown-up Grilled Cheese
We take the traditional grilled cheese to a whole new level! With American, mozzarella & cheddar cheeses all melted on whole grain white bread with a slice of turkey bacon you will be loving grilled cheese for years to come!

* Southwest Turkey Salad

Rachael Ray sure does know how to get kids to eat salad! Diced roasted turkey seasoned with pepper, dried cilantro & Cajun spice on top of tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, crunchy noodles, turkey bacon. We recommend light ranch dressing! All salads on this menu are made from a mixture of spinach and other greens!

Apple, Cranberry & Mozzarella Salad

Its the ultimate Fall salad and a great choice for our vegetarians! Its a super sweet salad with crunchy apples, chewy dried cranberries and mild flavored mozzarella cheese. We love it with raspberry vinaigrette.

Chicken Salad Sliders w/Grapes

Its a unique twist on traditional chicken salad.we add chopped grapes for a touch of sweetness! This delicious chicken salad is served on mini two-bite sliders. An easy to eat finger food for our young customers!

Antipasto Salad
Ham and cheese rolls, Salami triangles and pepperoni circles served over a garden salad. Its like your favorite Italian sandwich over a bed of veggies and mixed greens. We love Italian dressing with it!

Ham & Cheese Pinwheels

The ultimate finger food! Its similar to a wrap sliced up into narrow two bite pieces minus the lettuce, tomato & condiments which can be a deterrent for our young picky eaters. Our veggie lovers load up on fresh veggie sides with their pinwheels.

* Cheesy Mac and Trees

A creative Rachael Ray idea to sneak in some extra veggies for our young customers. We add broccoli in with our traditional whole grain mac and cheese. All the kids notice is its cheesy delicious-ness!

* BBQ Turkey Sloppy Joe

Rachael Ray puts a healthy twist on the traditional sloppy joe choosing turkey which is lower in fat than beef. With some peppers, onions, BBQ sauce and hot sauce served on a wheat bun it will surpass all expectations.

Sides:
Chocolate Hummus Ground chic peas with a touch of chocolate powder and sugar. We love it with graham crackers! Easy Cheesy Broccoli Bake broccoli baked in olive oil and topped with cheese Cauliflower Popcorn cauliflower baked in olive oil and topped with cheese Pumpkin Twister vanilla yogurt, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice Mello Jello Melon in gelatin *Menu choices inspired by Rachael Ray posted
