ANNUAL FINANCIAL INFORMATION
Fiscal Year 2012
Introduction
In connection with the issuances by the Puerto Rico Municipal Finance Agency,
1999 Series A Bonds, 1999 Series B Refunding Bonds, 2002 Series A Bonds,
2005 Series A Bonds, 2005 Series B Refunding Bonds and 2005 Series C Refunding
Bonds (base CUSIP No. 745277), and in compliance with Rule 15c2-12, as amended, of
the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC), the Municipality of San Juan,
Puerto Rico (San Juan) has covenanted to file within 305 days after the end of each
fiscal year with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) through the
Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) System, core financial information and
operating data for the prior fiscal year, including:

San Juans audited financial statements, prepared in accordance with
generally accepted accounting principles.

Operating data generally consistent with the information set forth in
San Juans Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.

Operating data and other information included in Appendix
(Municipality of San Juan) to the Official Statements, prepared in
connection with the issuance of said Bonds, relating to the Bonds.

Appendix I

Included as Appendix I are San Juans audited financial statements, prepared in
