Technical Project Manager
Managing multimillion dollar Windows 2K3 & SQL Server 2K5 based document imaging projects from
Kickoff to Go-Live.
Analyzing client’s requirements, defining/approving hardware/software configurations. Typically dealing
with large 4, 8 or 16-Way HP ProLiant, IBM xSeries and Dell PowerEdge servers; along with Blade and
VMWare based servers.
Currently implementing HPF – McKesson’s Document Imaging Product – for 6 multi-facility clients with a
combined revenue of more than 6 million dollars. Each implementation includes 12 to 24 servers with
the core servers in Active/Active and Active/Active/Passive cluster configuration. Implemented with
Windows 2K3 EE & SQL Server 2K EE.
Determining the scalable EMC/HP SAN LUNs carving/configuration based on projected data input and
backload.
Conducting Pre-Live and Post-Live Audits to verify System’s readiness for Going Live and performance
after Going Live; thereby guiding the clients to utilize the System optimally, resulting in reduced TCO &
increased ROI.
Delivering presentations/training to clients & advising them on technical considerations to reduce TCO
