the emergency button sends a signal to the control room
as a hazard notification, and the following steps will be taken
according to the case:
:A-Mechanical Failure

 The nearest Branch of our branches speared all over Egypt will
send another bus immediately (out of charge) to the location of
the non-working bus and all other help they can serve
as soon as possible.
:B-Accidents

 The following persons will be in the location as soon as possible:

1. The manager of our nearest branch.
2. Insurance Co. representative.
3. Police officers.
And also the nearest branch will present any help they can serve as
