Reduce your chemical injection expenses with automated and accurate dosing
Chemical injection is a significant operating expense for most oil and gas producers and one of the largest uncontrolled expenses. The cost to supply chemicals, refill tanks and service pumps can quickly add up to tens of thousands of dollars each month. The overall cost of chemical injection continues to climb when you factor in the unreliability and inefficiency of typical chemical pumps. At PCS Ferguson, our mission is to provide superior products and service that optimize your production and quickly impact your bottom line. The iChem Solar Chemical Injection System is just one example of how we deliver. injection of user-selectable chemical volumes, enabling lower chemical consumption and corresponding costs. Easily configured to interface with existing SCADA systems, the iChem system provides remote, real-time operational knowledge at the home office or via smart phone connectivity. Try iChem and experience the benefits:

What is iChem?
iChem is an innovative, reliable and accurate solarl l
powered chemical injection system. Combining a brushless motor with a digital controller, iChem delivers precise and consistent chemical dosing. By employing a superior pump design, the system also eliminates leaks that can sap chemicals. And by offering more control over injection rates, iChem makes overdosing a thing of the past.

Pump Specifications
Max Injection Pressure Max Output* Solar Panel Sizes Power Supply 1,200 psi (82.73 bar) 45 GPD (170.64 liters/day) 50/80 W 100 Ah, 12 VDC
The easy-to-configure iChem controller features user-friendly digital controls to make programming simple, yet precise. The controller operates the pump via intermittent ON and OFF phases that can be defined down to the second. To aid in optimizing injection doses and rates, an onboard calculation routine is included.
*Typical solar panel configurations allow only up to 10 GDP output. Special solar panel configurations can be provided if higher rates are necessary.
Controller Features
Fully controllable digital timer Configurable analog/digital outputs (3) Programmable operating limits RS-232 and TTL (Modbus) Options for remote monitoring and control Measures battery voltage and casing pressure (with transducer)
Taking control of your chemical injection operations can mean significant cost savings and better production results. To learn more about the iChem Solar Chemical Injection System, please contact your local PCS Ferguson sales and service representative or visit us online at www.pcsferguson.com.
