Connection Devices
Busbars
Insulated fork busbars are rated to 63A and are available in 1,2,3 and 4 Pole versions for devices with bi-connect facility Insulated prong busbars are rated to 63A and are colour coded for SPN MCBs devices Enable safe and fast connection of 1 to 4 pole devices by a common busbar system End caps available for 2P, 3P & 4P busbars to avoid tracking between phases
Terminals
Din rail mounted neutral bar can be used where additional connection is required when more than one residual current device is being used Can be used as additional earth bar Single mod terminal block rated 100A
Protection Devices
Miniature circuit breakers (0.5 to 63A)
Provide protection & control of circuits against overloads & short-circuits in domestic, commercial & industrial electrical distribution systems Available in 1-4 pole, 0.5 to 63A with type B, C or D tripping characteristics Positive contact indicator to show actual status of contacts Touch proof terminals - (IP20) protect against direct contact Bi-connect facility i.e. cable and busbar can be terminatedseparately allowing fast & safe connection Conform to the latest version of the standards IEC 60898-1 / IEC 60947-2 / IS 8828 - 1996 Low let-through energy (class 3) to ensures best possible protection to cables & wires Two position din rail clips allows fast installation Windows at the sides of MCB enable auxiliaries and earth leakage add-on be ?tted at site providing additional protection and control Suitable for DC applications 1 pole upto 60V, 2 poles in series upto 125V 6-40A SPN MCB available in 1 module size, breaking capacity 6 kA (IEC 60898-1), tripping curve - C
Protection Devices
Auxiliaries & accessories for MCBs and RCCBs
Auxiliaries snap ?t to the side of devices providing additional protection or control. All auxiliaries are common to both MCBs & RCCBs Auxiliary contact (1NO + 1NC) - allows remote indication of the device contacts, to which it is associated Trip Alarm contact - provides indication if the MCB trips due to fault. MCB cannot be switched on without resetting Shunt release - allows remote tripping of the device Available in voltage ratings 230V AC & 12-48V DC Under-voltage release - allows MCB to trip when the voltage falls by 35% & allows MCB to be closed only when the Voltage is above 70% of the nominal voltage. AC & DC versions available Locking kit - allows locking of the device Use of Shunt & Under voltage auxiliary on RCCBs requiresthe use of interface auxiliary CZ001
RCBOs
Combines the overload & short-circuit protection of a MCB with the earth leakage protection of a RCCB Available in current rating from 6-40A in 2 pole with 30mA and 300mA sensitivities Compact - 2pole 2MOD device Breaking capacity 4.5/6 kA conforming to IEC 61009 Breaking capacity 6 kA conforming to IEC 61009 Protection against nuisance tripping Special RCBOs with fly lead available for mounting on TPN vertical busbar system
RCCBs - Hi version
Designed to reduce unwanted tripping due to transient current & voltages; loads generating high frequency leakage currents Reduce nuisance tripping when installed in circuits with electronic loads like computers Ensure tripping in networks with pulsated DC components Hi RCCBs are available in 2 & 4 pole from 25 to 63A in 30mA & 300mA sensitivities

Twilight switches
The devices are controlled by photoelectric cells which measures the light level, and in conjunction with the relay provides on/off control of lighting circuit (in relation to natural light) They can be used in street lighting, display lighting, illuminated signs, showrooms etc. They come in 2 sensitivity ranges : 5 to 100 lux and 50 to 2000 lux EE100 twilight switch available with surface cell EE110 available with one daily time-switch incorporated in same unit EE702 available for outdoor use with IP55 protection EE702 : twilight switch with sensitivity range 2 to 1000 lux and time delay 1 sec to 120 s
Modular contactors
Can be used for remote switching and control of power circuits Available in current ratings from 20 to 63A in 2NO, 3NO, 3NO + 1NC & 4NO versions All Contactor rating for AC 1 loads only and if the load differs from AC1, the contactor may need derating Auxiliary contact 1 NO + 1NC available
13
Push buttons
Latching or impulse push buttons rated 16A with or without indicator light have option of 1NO, 2NO or 1NO + 1NC contact These are used to actuate loads either directly or via contactors New design with front product labelling
Indicator lights
Available in red, green, orange and blue LED technology ensures long life New design with front product labelling
