Smelling the Roses News & Updates Breath of Wonder I received some emails this month that prompted me to glance back over my own journey of ascension. Irecalledmany,manyyearsofac tivelyseekingenlightenment, spurredonbyaninnerdesirethat wassointenseandallconsuming, coupledwithwhatcouldbecalleda senseofdesperationtoachievemy goal.Formanyofusthisintensedesirecomesfromnumerouslife timesinwhichwehavebeenworkingtowardsourascensiona journeythatonceseemedwouldneverend.Infact,atthetime,I neverconsideredthatitwouldend,orwhatwouldhappenwhenit did,Iwassoconsumedbytheactofseeking. Itishumoroustolookbacknowandrecallatimewhenmylifewasso seriouslydysfunctionalthatIwouldbegandpleadtobesavedfrom thistorment.IfanyoneaskedmethenwhatItrulywantedduring thosetimesIalwaysansweredwithtwowordsinnerpeace. IhadtolaughsomeyearsbackwhenIsuddenlyrealisedthatIno longeraskedforinnerpeaceduh,becauseIwasalreadyexperienc ingit.Ithadslippedinsoquietlyandunobtrusively. HadIbeenexpectinganannouncement?Youknow,maybeArchangel Gabrielfloatinginwithhistrumpet.Toot,toot,toot!Youarenow blessedwithinnerpeace.Congratulations. Well,weallknowthatitdoesntworklikethat.Wegraduallyrelease layerafterlayer,weexpandourconsciousness,weopentonewex periences,wemovefromonestateofbeinginagracefulandsome timesnotsogracefulflow.Andthroughallofthiswestarttobecomeallthatweare.Thentheseekingstops.Younolongerlookout sideofyourselffortheanswers.

that we all chose to be here. We chose to experi ence this exact moment on earth, a time when there is such a phenomenal change in consciousness. I have realised that I have come to love earth so deeply and that I can now actually experience and enjoy that love through the simple pleasures that life brings and I invite you all to feel into that. I invite you to simply sit and breathe with the awareness that you are here now in this amazing experience. You are alive. You exist. And there is nothing that you must do or be. You simply are. Breathe that in and notice how it feels. And as I end this article I feel Archangel Gabriel coming closer as he decides to have the last word today. Toot, toot, toot, he says with a cheeky smile. I am excited to announce that the Healing You workshop that was previously held once a week over four weeks has now been condensed into a oneday workshop. I havent run this workshop since last year so I am looking forward to sharing it with others it in this new format. The Healing You workshop introduces a simple technique that you can use to heal yourself by allowing the body to come back into balance naturally without all the mind games that humans tend to get caught up in when it comes to healing. You will learn the 5 main causes of disease, why people dont heal, how to come back into trust and balance with your body, and more.

If you are ready to heal, this workshop pro vides an opportunity to facilitate that shift. The specific technique taught is one that I used about eight years ago to heal myself from intense pain and stomach problems and it gave me an opportunity to see how easily the body can come back into balance when we give our bodies permission to heal and then get out of the way. Healing does not come from the mind be cause the body already knows how to re balance so by connecting with the cells in your body you can begin a new relationship with your self. It is a relationship that is based on trust and flow and the acknowl edgement of your own creatorship.

Our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, yet through life's many ups and downs, we lose trust in ourselves and our bodies. We carry old beliefs, past lives, ancestral karma and so on, and we forget that we have the ability to naturally and effortlessly come back into balance.

During this one-day workshop you will learn a simple, but profoundly effective technique for self-healing. You will gain a greater understanding of how energy works, the main causes of dis-ease and youll develop a new relationship with your body.

I am delighted to be offering two new workshops in November as part of my work with the School of Awakening Con sciousness. The first is called Breath of Love and is a two day class that focuses on self love. For the most part, people are generally aware that true love of self is a fast path towards selfhealing at all levels, but as is often the case, words are easy and the actual doing is avoided. Some say that they do not know HOW to love them selves, others may simply be afraid to look this deep for fear of what they may find. After all we have been taught that we are sinners, that we are tainted and less than god. So how could we possibly love ourselves? Selflove begins with one conscious breath . . . and then another. It begins with your willingness to open up to your self. Two-day Glenelg Psychic Expo

Adelaides local psychic expos have be come very popular in recent years. They generally only take place on Sundays however on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th October expo organisers are plan ning a twoday event at Glenelg. These expos are a great option for those who find the larger events a bit overwhelming. They may not have the vast range of products and exhibitors, but they are quieter, more personal and have a friendly community feel to them. Over the past year that Ive been at tending these events I have had a chance to meet many wonderful people and I look forward to meeting those of you who live in the Glenelg areas in the near future. Held at: Bay Function Centre, Gliderol Stadium, 64 Brighton Road, Glenelg.

The Conscious Breath begins by inhaling deeply into your belly as you gently follow each breath with your awareness. Breath this way for a few minutes before you read on. Then notice how it feels to connect so intimately with yourself through the breath. Perhaps you notice a feeling of expansion, a feeling of being more than just a physical body. Perhaps you notice the presence of spirit. Breathe and take a few moments to honour your Earth journey, the many paths you have walked, the pains and sorrows, the laughter and joys. How wondrous it is to be human, to be here now. Can you allow yourself to truly appreciate this? Breathe.
