TYPE OF DRAINAGE

INTERPRETATION Out of 60 families that we have surveyed, 29 (49%) verbalized that most of their is waste are disposed in their canal, 6 (10%) dont have drainage system, 20 (34%) have open drainage system, and 4 (7%) have closed drainage system.

ANALYSIS Based on the survey, most of the families in the area do not have drainage system. They will just throw the used water in the canal. They will not prefer to use closed drainage because they cannot afford it.

PRESENT OF BACKYARD
INTERPRETATION
Based on the survey, out of 60 families, 13 (22%) have backyard garden, and 47 (78%) dont have backyard garden.

ANALYSIS
Most of the families dont have garden because they dont have enough space to plant vegetable and herbal medicines. Some families secure pots with some herbal plant on it such as kalabo and onion as condiments.

INTERPRETATION
Based on the survey, 19 (32%) using jar with faucet, 9(15%) using jar without faucet, and 32 (53%) using container with cover.

ANALYSIS
Most of the families are using container w/ cover. The families who particularly use jar with faucet are those who have children, because they are concern about their health.

INTERPRETATION
Out of 69 working individuals, 40 (58%) are self-employed, 24 (35%) individuals have casual or contractual jobs, 5 (7%) are unemployed (those who are older adults and retired individuals)

ANALYSIS
Most of the people in the community are selfemployed .Some of the people also are having a casual or contractual jobs. These people are basically the one who are Elementary Undergraduates.It is hard for them to look for a permanent or stable jobs because of their poor educational attainment. And there are some people also who are unemployed due to retirement age or they are not capable of working anymore.

LIVESTOCK RAISING
INTERPRETATION: Based on the data gathered, the families of Sitio Kasagingan raised only 3 kinds of animals. There are only 16 families who used to raise animals, out of 16 there is only 1 family who raised goats which constitutes (6.25%) and 15 families who raised chicken and ducks which constitutes (93.75%)

ANALYSIS: Most of the families do not engage in livestock raising. Their livestock comprises mostly of chickens and ducks can be both fed on poultry layers, pellets and wheat. Goats can be fed by grasses or any plants.

Pre-natal Check-up
INTERPRETATION:
Based on the gathered, all of the 5 pregnant mothers in the community have been recommended for the 2nd prenatal visit.

ANALYSIS:
Prenatal care is a type of preventive care with the goal of providing regular check-ups that allow doctors or midwives to treat and prevent potential health problems throughout the course of pregnancy while promoting healthy lifestyles that benefit both mother and child. Prenatal care generally consists of monthly visits to doctor from 28th week of pregnancy, weekly visits to doctor after 36th week till delivery at week 38-40 and then assessment of prenatal needs and family dynamic. Based on the survey, all the pregnant women in the area have been recommended for the 2nd visit. The pregnant women should complete their prenatal visits for the appropriate information and pregnancy health status of the mother and the baby.
