INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

1. Candidate should carefully fill in the Application Forms in their own hand writing with correct Register Number Code failing which their applications are liable to be cancelled. 2. Candidates appearing for the examination for the first time for Ist year and IInd year shall pay the fees for all papers. The fees once paid will not be refunded at any circumstances or held over for the subsequent examinations. 3. Candidates should obtain their Hall-Tickets from the Chief Superintendent of the respective college within three working days before the commencement of Examinations by producing a certificate of identity. 4. Candidates should start writing the examinations verifying the correctness of the question paper whether it belongs to them. 5. No Candidates will the allowed to write the examinations if he / she commits malpractice or involves in any untoward behaviour at the time of writing examinations. The examinations taken by them will be treated as cancelled and no re-examination will be conducted to them under any circumstances. 6. Possession of Mobiles Phones / I-POD inside the Examination Hall is prohibited Strictly. 1. Candidates should write all answers in legible handwriting. 2. Candidates should use only blue ink or Black ink (Ink Pen or Ball Pen) The Examination answer papers (Theory and practical) will be preserved only for 6 months only from the date of the commencement of the Examinations. All disputes regarding examination shall be within the Jurisdiction of Chennai city.
