About the company: Capital transport convoy contractor is a firm provides service of transportation of newly manufactured vehicles from nations leading manufacturers site to their destinations based on the contract agreement. This farm was raised in the year 1993 and at present we have contract with M/s Force motors limited, MAN and Terra logistics. The company was started in the year 1993 with 4 dealers and now we are greatly working with 65 dealers and depots in India and abroad.

Working system of the company: We have a contractual agreement with the dealers. The dealers has authorize us to take their vehicles out of the force motors pvt limited which is based in pithampur . We have 1500 drivers. These drivers take the vehicles from the company under our supervisors control. The vehicles are then brought to our yard which is 3 kilo meter far from the company. After parking the vehicles safe into the yard of the company the drivers are now given the vehicles with their related documents so that they do not find any problem in any state of India. These drivers are paid their wages which include driver payment, diesel payment, and toll and boarder tax payment and return fare. We also install G.P.R.S system in the vehicles so that we can track them at any time in case if any driver get lost or if any incident happens then in that case with the help of G.P.R.S we can know the exact location of the vehicle. These vehicles are tracked by our track officer who has a continuous watch on the vehicle with the help of internet and mobile communication. While handing over the vehicles at the dealers point the vehicles we make it sure that the vehicles are neat and clean therefore we do P.D.I ( Pre -delivery inspection) in which it is made clear that the vehicles contain no damage. After handing over the vehicles to the dealers the drivers come back to the office via train or any other medium of transport. The drivers bring back the necessary documents for example the toll tax and boarder tax bills with them so that the bills can be send to the dealers and depot after auditing process is done in the office.

Some conditions with the dealers and depots: Per day the vehicles should run minimum 300 kilometer from dusk to dawn. While handing over the vehicles the vehicles should contain no damage.

 During any accident the transporter will arrange the necessary documents which are F.I.R report, driver license and the insurance papers The transporter will send its bills to the dealers twice in a month The dealers will release the payment 15 days after receipt of the bills
