ATTACHMENT A Softweb Site Management Programs

Programs have a monthly payment option, and cover management and promotional services (as specified) during a sixmonth time period. A monthly statement will be issued to indicate work done and hours debited from the total. Management pricing for Softweb's suite of services has been discounted and flat-rated for this six-month contract. Unused hours are rolled over automatically, so you may use the balance as needed each month. Additional development hours requested by client beyond contract purchase will be billed at a discounted rate. Softweb bills its management clients in -hour increments for all work. Some exceptions apply: search engine site optimization, new database development, database integration, Flash or Java will be billed at a 1.5-to-1 ratio. Services that require outsourcing, such as slide scans, custom photography, video production, etc. will be billed a handling fee of 15%. Custom packages of services are available; please ask your Account Executive for details.
