Your MFP and WebViewer

AutoStore directly connects information capturing, processing, and routing to the Webviewer repository. Companies and organizations most frequently use multifuntional peripherals (MFPs) as their input device. AutoStore connects the input device directly to NSis Document Repository. AutoStore supports routing PDF Documents to WebViewer.

Processing Information - The Easy Way

AutoStore features a wide variety of process components for your requirements on document processing. You can easily create the favored workflow with the AutoStore Process Designer. The components for capturing, processing and routing of information can be chosen as icons from a neatly arranged component library. The personalized workflow can be set up by the IT-administrator by choosing the proper components and combining them to the workflow via drag-and-drop. Complex programming skills are not required.

Sample process: Scan with MFP, improve captured image, read barcode, index file and convert to PDF, send file to Alfresco using barcode value for file name.
