writers can complete the paper with the title Why is many Krida student have an ideal body posture, but other school is rare to have it This paper work is created to complete the last task in 11th grade. Writer wrote this paper work alone. But got some help from friends like Ondo Nainggolan, Iwayan Widya Anggara, and Raditya Bagaskara. May their good attitude be blessing by God Amen. And may this paper work will be useful for anyone who read this. Writer sees that this paper have many mistakes, and because of that criticism and suggestion from the reader will writer accept for the sake of improvement in the future.

1. Background A boy with a good posture is a man who is searched by many girls. Usually a good posture for a boy is just like sixpack, biceps, triceps, wing, neck and shank. Ideal posture can be build from age 16. Its not easy for boys to build his ideal posture, because it needs intention and motive for training because ideal posture cant be created for a day, it needs a routine process and it takes a long time. Different from other school, in Krida Nusantara Senior High School evenly the students are already have a good posture body. Maybe its not all of the student, but some of them are already have it. As a student, writer sees that theres so many Senior High School student who is thin, emaciated, and obesity. This is not good because with that posture itll make many disease. So, writer want to make a research about Why is many Krida student have an ideal body posture, but other school is rare to have it. Writer will have a research which include activities which are do by Krida Nusantara student and 1 other Senior High School after back from school.

2. Statement of The Problems Research Questions 2.1. Is there any relation between ideal posture body and food pattern? 2.1. Is there any relation between ideal posture body and sport activity? 3. Limitation of The Problems From many problems which maybe writer cant discuss. And remember about limit of time and intellectual. So writer give some limitation of the problem. Limitation of the problem is very needed to clarify the problem. These are the limitation of the problem: 3.1. Food pattern by Krida student and other Senior High School student 3.2. Sports by Krida Student and Other Senior High School Student

4. The Purpose of The Research Purpose of this research is to know why the body of krida student is more form,thatn other Senior High School student. 5. Function of The Research The function of this research is to know how Krida student built his/her ideal body so we can learn from them. 6 Theoritical Foundation a. Define the title Definition from Ideal body shape is the ideal or best shape for man is like an upside-down triangle. Men wish his body shape have broad shoulders and a solid muscular chest and a smaller lower body ( b. Theories I think that Kridas location is the best place to build ideal body. This theory was also proposed by Letnan Kolonel from Naval. He says This place is suitable to build body. And Krida Student is very lucky because they had coach like Mr. Rosadi Turjamil. Mr. Rosadi ever said if our muscle is not trained within 48 hours,it will be zero again maybe because he said that to his students, they intend to doing so much sports to build their body. Last, theres a quote from Florence Griffifth Joyner,shes an athlete she says A muscle is like a car. If you want to run well early in the morning, you have to warm it up 7. Methodology Writer used Interviews to perform this research (interviews are intended by 3 students from Krida Nusantara Senior High School and 3 students from Others school).

Aldo : it depends in the situation, if theres someone ask me to go out, Ill go with him/her,but if theres no one ask me to go,Ill go home. Me : About food pattern, how many times you usually eat everyday? Aldo : 3 times a day Me : what sports do you usually do? Aldo : Basketball and swimming Me : when do you usually doing sports? Aldo : Wednesday and Saturday for basketball, and 3 times a week for swimming Second is interview with Ni Putu Diah Utami from Taruna Bakti Senior High School : Me : what do you usually do after school? Diah : Go to TBI, but sometimes I go home Me : About food pattern, how many times you usually eat everyday? Diah : 2-3 times a day Me : what sports do you usually do? Diah : all kinds, like jogging, basketball, football, and many others Me : when do you usually doing sports? Diah : Monday if I was at school, and every Saturday and Sunday Third is interview with Jivan Alawin from 6 Senior High School : Me : what do you usually do after school? Dhafin : Out activity like gamelan, and sport like pull up Me : About food pattern,how many times you usually eat everyday? Dhafin : 3 times a day Me : what sports do you usually do? Conclucion After doing some research about Why is many Krida student have an ideal body posture, but other school is rare to have it, writer conclude that its not because food pattern, but because Krida Nusantaras student is often doing some sports which is build their body. In Krida Nusantara there are many facilities that help the student to have an ideal body by doing some sports. Some facilities like swimming pool, soccer field, futsal field, basketball field, volleyball field, jogging track, and some place to do pull up chin up.
