26 Immeubles (R+4+vide sanitaire) usage dhabitation. Btiments construits en 1977. Plancher en hourdis (19+6), Poteauxpoutres en BA. Semelles isoles en BA + Gros bton. Fissures dans les btiments, en 1990, Chemisage de certains pr-poteaux. Fissures obliques dans la maonnerie et divers anomalies tude en 2002.

Causes Probables
Sous-dimensionnement des fondations et des pr-poteaux. Mauvaises excutions du gros bton (excentrement, manque dpaisseur, ). Absence de protection contre les eaux de ruissellement (contre-pente, trottoirs troits, plantations proximit des ouvrages). Eaux sous les fondations Tassement dappui. Prsence dargile gonflante: 0.21 1.44 Kg /cm2 et mme plus .
