Management Division.

PROJECTS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (HAYBAND - N) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Reporting to the Business Assurance Manager in the Project Controls Department, the incumbent will be responsible for the provision of leadership and support to the SAM division projects, ensuring successful implementation of projects within schedule, budget and quality. The incumbent will also be responsible for providing performance management support to projects through developing various performance measures, routine and ad hoc performance reporting (to internal and external stakeholders, assisting with the setting of various divisional KPIs, performance tracking and projection, develop management dashboards for performance management and decision making, and developing and managing inter-divisional and interdepartmental contracts. PRIMARY DUTIES Develop various KPIs for performance measurement. Coordinating the setting of various targets setting for the divisional scorecard. Periodic reporting of various performances of various KPIs and performance measures. Adhoc report to various stakeholders, internal and external. Develop and manage various templates Monitor trend analysis and flag portfolio project performance. Undertake creation of requisitions, contract payments and goods receipting in compliance with Rand Waters policies. Development and management of various divisional and departmental SLAs. Capture travelling claims, timesheets on the SAP system. Produce variance reports and the assist in the project status reporting. Assist the project managers in updating the project files. Assist with Compiling and maintenance of Assets Register for various Departments in the Division. General administrative functions including the logistic and travel arrangements for the project team. JOB REQUIREMENTS Applicants must be in possession of a Tertiary qualification in Commerce/Business Administration/ any technical or equivalent qualification Project Management Diploma/ Certificate will be an advantage. Minimum 2-5 year experience in project administrative and management environments, and performance management Computer Literate SAP Project System, Investment Management (Costing), Materials Management, CATS, Cost Centre Expenditure, Profit Centre Expenditure, MS Office. Proven communication skills, strong influencing skills, conflict resolution skills and stakeholder management skills.
