Absolutes co-ordinates - enter the points as they related to the origin of the WCS. To enter the point just enter in the exact point as X,Y.
Start LINE command
Command: L enter LINE Specify first point: 0,0 (enter or right click) Specify next point or [Undo]: 3,0 (enter or right click) Specify next point or [Undo]: 3,6 (enter or right click)
Relative co-ordinates point referring to the first point you have entered

Starting Command

Home> Circle > Draws a circle based on a centre point Center, Radius and radius. Modify > Erase Erases an object. Quick Access Enables the Print/Plot Configuration Toolbar > Print Dialog Box Quick Access Undoes the last command. Toolbar> Undo
