tsACKGROUND

The leaders of the Christian Reformed Church in the Philippines in attendance at the Banyuhay 2013 all affirmed the vision of 150 churches }:y 2025. In fact, they surpassed the Banyuhay Team's proiection of an additional 100 churches when the tellied classical commitrnents reached L09 congregations. The breakdown is as follows:

oBIECTTVE

To periodically monitor the progress of Church Planting initiatives in each classis andlor congregation. By doing so, we believe that by the grace of God we will achieve a high percentage of success.

Visited a classis at least once within 20L4 to do a face-to -face monitoring. 6. Formed a team of 3 persons frorn each classis by September 30, 2At3 that will regutlarly monitor developments in Church Planting" 7. Presented this initial plan to the BOT meeting on june t4-I5,20'J.3 in Manila B. Reported the progress of Church Planting initiatives at every meeting of the BOT. THE CAft.ETAKER The Banyuhay Team shall be the caretaker of Vision: 150 X 2025. They are Elder Atty. Fred Bravo, Mona Sanchez, Letty Villaflor, Pastor Richi Alviola, Pastor Adel Gonzales, Pastor Pepot Gonzales, Pastor Rodei Catuy, and Pastor Ver Bernardino, Pastor Rodel and Pastor Ver are tasked to draft this finst document outlining how the goal will be monitored. The Banyuhay Team proposes to the BOT a budget of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS [P50,000"00J, ro cover travels and other incidental expenses from 2013-15.
