Name Tangles

I wrote my name neatly and I have each letter touching the sides of the paper or other letters I went over my name neatly using a ruler to make my lines bold and graphic looking I double checked to make sure that I have both positive and negative spaces I create different, creative pattern in each negative space My patterns look neat and graphic. I used a ruler when necessary and used black marker to ink them I finished by the end of class on Tuesday, October 8th

Papel Picado - Dia de Los Muertos Study

I cut out a skull neatly and glued it to the background cardstock I added at least 2 layers of paper for the nose I added at least 3 layers of paper for the eyes I added at least 2 layers of paper for the mouth I have at least 3 other cut paper details on the skull of various layers I have cut paper details, such as flowers adding depth and interest in the background I finished by the end of class on Tuesday, October 8th
