I further conform to the following important terms/conditions:

Egress schedule is on April 29, 2012 at 1:30am. Sale and display of Pre-Love products should be hanged or folded on display shelves. Sale and display of Pirated CDs, VCDs, DVDs, and other audio-video materials are strictly prohibited. Alcoholic beverages are likewise not allowed except in food galore, caf avenues, party zones, and any designated zone set by the organizers but in no case it will be sold to minors. Soda and alcoholic beverages shall be bought from the organizers only unless not specified by the organizers. Playing Karaoke or Videoke is not allowed. Use of refrigerators and or freezers depending on the unit wattage used as inspected shall be charged at not less than PhP 250.00/unit. Small electrical appliances such as blender, heater, rice cooker, electric fan, and the like depending on the unit wattage used as inspected will be charged at not less than PhP 50.00/unit. Exhibitors are required to submit a list of their staff/workers, display paraphernalia and their respective electrical load requirements before ingress. Exhibitors are required to secure Special Permit/s from the city hall. Exhibitors should always wear their respective IDs. Additional installation of canopy by the exhibitor is allowed provided it would be at 1m maximum per side only. Exhibitors are not allowed to extend ones space in any of the sides of the agreed area. Cash payment in full is required for every space reserved. Official receipt will be issued. Exhibitors are not allowed to access a space unless rental fees are fully paid. Exhibitors are responsible for the security of ones merchandise in the space rented. All exhibitors are required to have their own waste/garbage bin in their respective tents. Cleanliness of the surrounding should always be maintained. Proper disposal of garbage should be observed. Exhibitors are not allowed to wear sando, shorts and slippers while on business hours. Washing of clothes, kitchen wares, dining wares, sleeping, and taking baths are prohibited.

THE ORGANIZERS HAS THE RIGHT TO DEMOLISH AND CANCEL THE OCCUPANCY OF TRADER/VENDOR FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY ANY OF THE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
