All accounts must be settled upon departure. We are happy to accept all major credit cards except American Express and a 3% handling fee applies to Diners cards.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy Elegant Dining

A credit card number and contact details are required at the time of booking. Please cancel your booking 24 hours prior to arrival or a 1 night charge will be applied to your card.

Fine food, an enviable cellar and discreet knowledgeable service are the hallmarks of the Coffee Room restaurant. Our chefs always aim to match the splendour of the setting with seasonal cuisine to complement any occasion.

The use of electronic devices, including mobile telephones is strictly prohibited in all public areas, except the Model Room. Children between the ages 7 - 16 years may be permitted into the club at the secretarys discretion at any time. Babies and children up to the age of 6 are permitted into the clubhouse at weekends only, between the hours of 4:00pm Friday to 11:00am Monday.

Breakfast 7 days a week Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 10:00am Saturday - Sunday: 8:00am to 10:00am Lunch Monday to Friday: 12:30pm. to 2:15pm (last orders) Dinner Monday to Thursday: 7:30pm. to 9:00pm (last orders)

Dress Code

Members and guests are expected to maintain a standard of dress in conformity with the tradition and atmosphere of the club, and which will not cause offence to others.

Visitors are requested to show proof of reciprocal membership. Visitors from reciprocal clubs who wish to take advantage of our accommodation facilities must have a letter of introduction sent prior to each visit.
