Locations stored directly into Detonator memory. Delays are assigned away from the blast area directly into the Blaster via a manual mode, automatic mode or via a pc interface

Maximum amount of dets which can be initiated 2400 using one blaster Maximum amount of blasters that can be linked 4 together to initiate a blast Maximum amount of dets that can be initiated 9600 when linking blasters together Remote firing capability Yes Detonator location identification Not required due to daisy chaining
Must be done manually at every detonator but is stored in the detonators memory and not an external device. Delay is assigned directly into the detonator Locations stored directly into Detonator chip using a Tagger which operates at an memory. Delays are assigned away from the inherently safe voltage at the blast area from blast area directly into the Blaster via a one point with no need to walk from det to manual mode, automatic mode or via a pc det interface
Delays are already known as this was stored directly in the detonator chip. A global fire command is sent to all the dets and the blast is initiated.
20000ms programmable is 1ms increments Standard booster Smartkey, Hardware interlock (Flag), 5 digit password required to blast, Audible blasting siren, Inherently safe Tagger
The dets are called up according to their manually loaded location ID and the delay which has been stored in the Blaster against that det location ID is then sent to the specific dets. A global fire command is sent to all the dets once they have received 20000ms programmable is 1ms increments

Fault finding Due to "daisy chaining" connection method, Tagger stops at the faulty det when testing. Binary search required for leakage related problems. All control equipment is capable of detecting leakage
DigiShot
DigiShot PLUS
Tagger 'tells' the detonators what their positions are in the blast. During Autosearch a blast summary screen is displayed making fault finding easier. Binary search not always required. All control equipment is capable of detecting leakage Fully programmable. If a blast plan is aquired the day before a blast then the timing can be manually loaded into the Blaster that same day. If extra holes have been added to the blast on the blast day, the system allows the user to edit the blast easily. Can be downloaded after a blast from the Blaster to a PC. Information regarding det timing, number of dets, detonator errors, blasting voltages and if the firing signal was sent to the dets can be extracted. Tagger has to be connected to each detonator

If a blast plan is aquired auto programmability, Dets can be timed in a the day before a blast then the timing can be "Manual mode" (each det is timed manually loaded into the Blaster that same individually) standing at one point or in 'Semi- day. If extra holes have been added to the auto mode" where an entire string of dets can blast on the blast day, the system allows the be timed at once from one point. Software user to edit the blast easily. Can be downloaded after a blast from the Bench Box to a PC. Information regarding det timing, number of dets, detonator errors, blasting voltages and if the firing signal was sent to the dets can be extracted. Hole to hole connections, large robust waterproof connectors, sections of the blast can be connected simultaneously by multiple users, programming holes from a single point Full DMR Approval SANS 1717.1 ISO 9001:2000 (AEL) ISO 9001:2000 (DetNet) PSDS TDS Explosives Police Clearance Can be downloaded after a blast from the Blaster to a PC.
