One Wellness reserves the right to change the schedule at any time. Information correct at time of posting. Class booking is essential 48 hours in advance. Prenatal Classes recommended for moms at least 12 weeks into her pregnancy. Members with bookings must check in at least 10 minutes before classes start, failing which your mat will/may be reassigned. Bookings of classes that are not cancelled at least half hour before the class will be calculated as used.
