EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS Procurement: Applied extensive organizational and management skills to direct the procurement of all manner of supplies and services, including planning (MRP/ERP), overseeing up to $500 Million reducing costs and improving efficiencies in every position, insuring on-time delivery was met or exceeded. Primarily military, aerospace, and manufacturing experience. Contract Negotiation: Used exceptional interpersonal abilities to negotiate a plethora of contracts (worth many millions of dollars), developing long-term partnerships, streamlining supplier bases, and repairing/improving relationships. Much of this was in and with overseas countries. Vendor Management: Outsourced entire factory with $33M annual cost to multiple suppliers, saving $4.5M annual spend in the process. Responsible for all location, evaluation, quality development, training, negotiation, commodity management, migration and delivery. Material Management: Oversaw up to $100 million in inventory, insuring proper mix of material available, cutting overstock material, and insuring proper storage and distribution. Supply Chain: Worked in multiple countries and developed supplier support from all over the world to all over the world, developing supply chain support systems and long term contracts, dealing with logistics (including Import/Export issues), customs, long term planning and emergency situations. Processes/Procedures: Developed, from scratch, many processes and procedures (and complete systems), including vehicle support, medical supply, new warehousing systems and buildings, helicopter flight support, outsourcing, kitting, and worldwide supply chain systems. Training/Team Development: Developed multiple training programs, continuously working to enhance participant performance, including skill and career development and best practice implementation. Also have extensive experience with metrics development, tracking and briefing. Systems: Consulted on multiple computer interface and innovative applications in all positionsthis includes networks and supplier / finance / customer interfaces. Analysis: Have exceptional ability in analysis, including cost/price, vendor performance, outsourcing, supplier potential, procurement/inventory flow and storage, cost/benefit, and integration.
